I don't like to "disturb" bands before and/or after the concerts. I had an opportunity to try and chat with several band members in such situations, but somehow I don't feel like that's what they would love. But perhaps I'm just silly here wink .

That is kinda hhow I feel too. On the other hand it is good to know that you can come up and talk to a band...lets you know they actually care about their fans.

Man seeing Kerry King in a mall carrying shopping bags rofl That would be hilarious
The only contact I have had with a band is with the vocalist of Alestorm before and after the show. I was on the front row and as he came on stage I put on my best pirate voice and exclaimed "Walk the plank ya scurvy dawg!!" and he laughed and replied "ARRRRGH!" pirate It was rather amusing
oh and also I went to see Silverstein - yes they are not metal - and I met the vocalist before the show. I'm sure he was high lulz

I saw Mago de Oz at the stadium during a Mexico vs Jamaica Futbol game. I am going to perform in Mexico City with Frost Like Ashes, Living Sacrifice, Crimson Thorn and probably Antidemon in November.
I am friends with many metal bands around Mexico, mostly bands that you don't know for being spanish-singing bands.
Our drummer comes from a local death metal band (Vastoberant) and they performed a few years ago with Sirenia and il Nino.

I just remembered: I saw te singer from Demon Hunter having sushi next to my table at the mall. I didn't think it was him, it was way to unbelieveable, you know, being one of the most I-dun-wanna-go-thar cities in MEXICO. So I didn't even pay attention to it, until I saw their website where they said they performed in El Paso Texas, and had some on-the-road pics where they were having lunch at this side of the border. Turned out it was him. Probably the same happened to Trevor. *shrugs*
