I read somewhere that Serj wanted to go solo because he believed that System failed to carry through his political images. If I'm wrong, don't blame me, blame Wikipedia. xd

^ I don't believe that at all. (Haha I blame Wikipedia for everything! They have something wrong about the song Lie Lie Lie, but I don't know how to fix it.) I do know he said it was hard to say exactly what he wanted to because he had to represent four other people. But I don't think he would allow System to write a song completely against his veiws.

I pick Scars On Broadway
and I love the song Chemicals
people that complain that their lyrics aren't as "mature" as Serjs,
he has a song called BEETHOVENS c**t
and his band is called the FLYING CUNTS OF CHAOS
so he is not as "mature" as you all think

As everyone has also said, he has a sense of humor too. I've read a few interviews that ask why he uses the word c**t so much. He said it's because anybody could say any swear to anyone, call someone a b***h, etc and no one cares. But if you use the word 'c**t', it's a huuuge deal.
Even throughout System, Serj was always more mature than Daron, but I'm not complaining...System is made up of each person with their own personalities, it wouldn't be System without them.

Serj uses the word c**t also to signify something to be born/reborn or something fresh and new. In a way he using the word to metaphorically explain what he means by Beethoven's c**t.
Or course we all know that Beethoven was male, and we know that he was a musical genius. So let us take the word 'c**t' and translate it to mean:
'To give birth to' or 'To create'
Now what he meant by 'Beethovan's C**t' is to mean created by a genius.
Serj loves to give double, maybe triple, meaning in just a few words.
But I can't stand by Serj's name for the band.That I guess he was high and came off the top of his head. =/
