Xihuitl glanced back at her and looked at her lean figure "You look like a fairly good hunter runner" He said then kept his eyes on the path that they walked. The hood of his cloak covering his eyes so they only glowed just slightly in the shadows.
"Your have lean muscle, unlike me who had more build." He spoke in a tone that was as though he knew all about it. Which he did, in the shadowclan he had to know a wolf's weakness and strengths by sight. It usually worked because most wolves builded their muscle in a certain way that was specific to their strength.

She flexed her legs and took off sprinting ahead of him and making a tight turn to run right back at him, she cleared him with a single leap and laughed as she trotted back beside him. "Wow! Wow! That was really...your right, your right!" She stretched her legs feeling them lock up a little from lack of warm up.
The young femme felt exhilirated now that she knew where her talent seemed to lay. She wondered if she had been able to put her speed to use, or if she had been too young yet.

Xihuitl smiles as she raced around him "See? hidden talent in everyone. I bet you have more than one though" He said knowing he himself had quite a few. He was also a fast runner but he was more of a climber. His paws were just slightly bigger than the avderage wolfs and he could grip better.
"Oh i forgot to ask are you Hungry? you probally are after sitting there for so long"

His question startled her, but her body grumbled at the reminder of food and she blushed. "I guess I am a bit hungry." Like all the other things that she could not remember she was not aware of the last time she had eaten. The gnawing in her stomach suggested it had been at least a few days.
She followed him hoping he knew where to find food.

Slinking off the trail he'd been following his movnments got more stealthly "I'm guessing you can't remember how to hunt? Just follow my movements and be quiet" He told her in a hushed tone as his nose scearched the air for any sent of life.
A large buck was not far away, he moved a bit faster knowing she would follow him and slinked to the ground. using his hood to hide his blue head from the sight of the buck. t was facing away from them and an easy target. He nudged her to go about the side of the buck so they could trap it.

Desdemona followed with care until he nudged her, she moved as he directed and felt her legs quiver beneath her. It was as if they urged her to run for the animal, to frighten her prey. She bolted at it, her legs moving of their own will, trained sometime ago though she couldn't remember. She drove the buck towards Xihu nipping at it's great flanks and herding it between the trees.
What had come over her? She caught a memory of open ground, no trees, only the grasslands stretching beyond for miles. She flashed and darted with other bright colors among springing deer. Her memory faded as she swerved around a tree and infront of the buck, scaring it into rearing.

Xihuitl moved quickly springing up when the deer was closest. He grapped the leg an pulled it to a sickly angle, when he head a snap he knew it was broken. The deer tumbled over and landed on the ground still moving but only slightly as teh blood loss was great.
The blue male went and snapped its neck quickly to put the creature out of its misery. "Ladies first" He told her and smiled walking away to sit under a tree far enough so she could have some privacy.

Desdemona felt her mouth fill with saliva, she was starved and she hadn't realized it until this moment. She rushed at the fallen buck and began to feast her tail stiffly wavering in the air and her fangs ripping away the fur and flesh to reach within. She braced her paws on the great body and ripped away a good sized chunk.
"Thank You..." She stopped only a second to murmur to her cloaked companion before falling back on the meat desperate to fill her stomach.

Xihuitl nodded to her and laied his head back down on the soft grass. He watched her eat and smield at her. It was a wonder how he felt so open with her, she was an amazment to him and he wanted to spend more time with her.
What was he thinking?! She probally had a mate and a family waiting for her somewhere in the mountains. He sighed and looked away off into teh distance debating where to look for her family.

Desdemona finished and licked her lips well pleased with her meal. She moved to lay down in the grass and stretch her long limbs happily. She had the graceful form of a female barely on the cusp of adulthood. There was no mate, no pups in her life yet, nor were there any thoughts of such. The flickers in her mind told her that she did have a pack somewhere, she had, had a pack that was. She was uncertain if it still existed, or if she belonged with them.
She wondered idly how she had come to be on the riverbank, alone, without memory, without friend or family. She offered Xihu another soft smile grateful that she had his company.

Xihuitl smiled and stood gonig to eat his share of the meal then leave the rest for another meat eater that couldn't fend for themselves. Ripping a piece of meat from the flank he took a look aronud making sure no one else was with them. The blood on his tounge made his senses go wild as it always did. This wasn't by far as sweet as a wolf's blood, he could remember the feeling on his tounge, like liquid fire.
The memories brought back a need forthat taste again, he wanted that feelnig slippngi down is throat. Desdemona looked hs was and gave him a quaint smile and he lost it. The lust was back and he snarled through clenched jaws and looked at her with hunger in his eyes.

On her paws in seconds the slender female gazed at Xihu with a mixture of curiosity and concern. The snarl had reminded her of something, some fearful darkness that loomed in her past. Her muscles strained and quivered as her mind told her to flee, but she tamped the sensation down.
"Xihu are you alright?"

The blue male stepped forward towards her, one thougth of his mind...blood. The strong muscles under his skin tensed completly and sprag lose as he lunged forward. Landing right of top of her, pressing her small form to the dirt below.
His breathing was raged as he shook his head seeing her angellic face. "I want......" But he stopped jsut standing over her.

Desdemona gasped softly and pawed at the earth trying to right herself and wriggles away from Xihu. She could feel her heart thundering in her ears wildly it beat like the wings of a hummingbird. This terrified her, it reminded her, a larger form, the muscles pinning her, glinting fangs...and then the image faded replaced by Xihu and his words.
"Xihu please...what is it...what do you want?" Her voice trembled and she squirmed still in an attempt to be away.

Xihuitl growled then shook his head again regaining his right mind. He looked down at her quivering form and jumped away ashamed at himself. "I'm sorry Desdemona.........."
His words were truely hurt from the monster he'd just become. "I'm sorry i can't help you find your family. I can't stay with you, its just too tempting for me" He said and looked back at her. Tears glinting aronud his eyes.
