Got another sighting for ya~
In the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl: Battle Dimension episode titled "Pruning a Passal of Pals,"
the outfit Jesse changes into resembles an overexaggerated orange Senshi costume,
which she punctuates by striking a Sailor V pose.
The picture is from Serebii.net, which hates to see people stealing their images,
so it would be wise to give them credit if you use the image...

thanks for the new one Yossy but aside from the V hand gesture I don't see much Sailor Moon in it you know? lol I am updating the page right now though so there is more new info and pics too hehe
