Kaledrina It's too bad there's no miracle solution, I'd sure go for it! I'm currently trying to grow my hair out after having my head shaved. *laughs* Yeah, I have a long way to go! I found a way to help myself get through that unpleasant stage where your hair is long enough to be annoying but not long enough to do anything with though. My sister-in-law gave me braided hair extensions. It's not as good as real hair but it's better than nothing. xd There probably is, just that those scientists are money hungry and dont want to distribute it. Think about it; if they create a formula that will solve all of our hair problems, such as hair growth, eventually everyone would have bought it and wouldnt need it anymore. Thus, making those who made it broke. >< And if you were in their situation, and you needed the money to take care of your family, you would do the same, at least i will confused dammit..i sure would love that kind of formula rofl

blacklipstick815 mew_mew_mi-chan Cutting your hair does help it grow faster, but trim it every month or two. By eliminated split ends you allow nutrients to easily enter your hair thus helping it grow. By the by, hair is just dead skin cells. I would recommend buying shampoos like Garnier Fructis that have longer and stronger because it's supposed to help ur hair grow and by making it stronger it will seem to grow faster and not break so much. i tried that stuff and it didnt help. it made my hair greasy and didnt do much for it. I like it, myself; the trick is just rinsing your hair really well. 3nodding It really helps for when you want to blowdry your hair, because you can let it airdry for longer without it getting messy or frizzy. It smells pretty nice, too! 4laugh

Someone may have mentioned this but take vitamin E pills everyday. This helps your hair and nails (Soposidly your skin too but i havnt noticed) Also condition your hair and make sure you dont brush it too much or you will get split ends. Always brush your tips first and work your way up so you dont break any precious hair heart
I went through a phase where i thought bald was cool (and camo.... i was such a tom boy ewww) Anyways in a year i had it pink and back to my shoulders. So no worries. heart

The less you keep your hair up the faster it will go. Keeping your hair up in a ponytail or pigtails with actually make it brittle. And even if the hairbands you use state that they're snag free they can still get tangled in your hair and pull.
And Vitamin E is really good for your hair and your face. If you take a liquid vitamin E pill and put some of the liquid on a sore it will help it heal and minimize scars. Neosporin is really good for the same thing.

PsychodelicPenguin Cutting your hair every 2 months helps prevent split ends, so that your hair wont break off, and look all icky and stuff. Masaging your scalp works, because you make the blood flow better, and so your hair will grow more. Standing on your head for about 10 minutes does the same thing supposedly Using moisturizing products helps So does eating healthier. There's a vitiman that helps with both hair and nails. Im not sure what it is. but im sure if you search, you can easily find info about it, like on webmd.com or something; and buy it at Walgreens. 3nodding tha vitamin can be bought in pill form yes...but right down to it, it's just gelitan...jello....like jello? eat more, stronger hair and nails = pretty!! as for shampoos you really have to find your specific one, like ganier worked for a week then made my hair icky...loreal as well...suave was okay but it left my hair a bit dry even after condtioning....i've found that the john freida shampoos and paneene pro-v for curls work best for me in particular, just try something new untill you find something that you like, and even then mix it up every once in a while, and yeah, a light trim or "split end removal" ever 2-3 months does wonders (speaking of which im due for one of those) and teh bunnie is right, get that vitamin e! if not a suplement try for a hair mask (it's also great for your skin so a moisturizer with e in that as well)

I'm growing mine out as well. I really want low spiral curled pigtails so it needs to be much longer. I've been growing it for almost a year and it's grown about 5 or 6 inches. I'm not sure if that's slow or fast. sweatdrop I hear that putting your hair in ponytails helps make it grow because it pulls on the roots. I also heard that using conditioner on your hair's roots slows down the growing process.

My hair is just below my underarms, and I recently just had it cut at the end of sixth grade ( going into 8th now.) I dunno. I just wash it everyday. ( well I need to, My hair get's very oily quickly.) I just cut my bangs for a second time, they had grown below my eyes. And now they're a bit shorter than wanted, but I hope they grow to the perfect length before school. I lost topic...
I would just suggest washing it almost every day and not flattening all the time with a straight ironer. ( i learned that lesson. Spit end galore now. Gack) Cutting it every so often is a good Idea. It lets more nutrients in.
Hope this helps! <3

I cut them to my eye brows and within 7 days they are poking me in the eye. gonk
