If we say the first letter is an "I" then... maybe the X looking letter at the top right is an "H"...... You know "Hi"..... that's the only two letter word ending in I word that I can think of besides Zi (Which ios a trifle big headed of me?).
And the little o's are probably..... punctuation or something.

There's a possibility of the tiny circles being punctuation, but then that would mean that the only punctuation usable in their locations would be an apostrophe( ' ), which means ownership.

I dunno. Maybe it means more than one thing. Like a period can mean the end of a sentence, or a way to shorten words. (Initials, yo) And.... we're not really sure where this came from.... Just that I found it on my desk. It doesn't have to be from space. I can honestly say I haven't a clue where it came from, but it's best to keep our minds open.

I'll also try to decode it using consistency and placement of some symbols. I should be able to have it fully decoded soon, if all goes well. If not, I'm sure I won't be the only one working on it. Hey, a challenge to keep one's mind working is always good.
Edit: Decoding, letters are coming together and forming words, should have it done shortly.

I keep looking at it, and something keeps popping out at me. I'll try to explain what I did.
Take a look at the picture. Stare of the center of it, and then let your eyes unfocus. The spaces are acting almost like a Mystery Picture, in which the pattern form a picture or word. I'm REALLY bad at Magic Eye stuff, but I keep getting that impression. Could someone look into it for me?
((Yes, pun intended. VERY bad, I know.))
