Look, I just don't believe pretty much all you have written. Don't try and push your belief as fact when it's not. Nothing is for certain. I don't believe in a "source" or a creator. I don't believe that rules are set in stone nor do I believe that I should follow most, if not all of the "rules." I have heard of a lot of things pertaining to magick. There is too much to put into one list. I would have to spend a little while categorizing all the things I know/have heard. In my opinion, Christianity has nothing to do with magick other than they forbid it.

There is too much to put into one list. I would have to spend a little while categorizing all the things I know/have heard. In my opinion, Christianity has nothing to do with magick other than they forbid it. right away i should note the fact that christianity its self does not forbid magic it forbids being a witch/warlock the act of magic its self is not forbiden (though they do frown on it). but they do most definitly have something (and a lot at that) do do with magic. and maby the most simplist thing they do is frown on it. it cause's the over bearing father thing were a dad Makes you keep your hair short as a kid so when you grow up you decide on long hair. if it wasnt for them there would be less then half the magic uses we have now. im not telling you that you have to believe what im saying or not i am simply makeing counter points to what you say, its called a debate and so far the only thing i can realy agree with you on is that nothing is for certain. and know rules are not ste in stone as i said they are just tried and true theories that as of yet have not been disproven. some of the rules you have no choice but to follow like the fact that you need food water and air to live.

faber-mike-pete ahh panda what i wouldnt do to have you as one of my students. a brain like that could go far. you are right right up to the paradox part every thin you said is posible right up to there that fact that the paradox happens but then cant happen does not mean im im useing energy constantly in fact it means im not useing it at all. the end result would be that the time line i was on when i did it would stop advanceing. thanx mike, i see wat ur saying about the parodox thing and that seems very realistic but my question is would that time line stand still or vanish all 2gether? thanx i'm very intrapersonal so i can think things through in my own mind which helps alot.

K, I'm gonna say somethings.. even though Faber left.
Magick isn't forbidden in Christianity as a whole... actually, its more like the general public is forbidden to practice, but the priests and other holy men are able to practice freely [could just be my opinion though]. But it is more so relating to witchcraft than magic.
But back to Otherkin/Therians..
I'm 'kin. I'm a vampire and a [coyote] shifter, in the therian sense. Vampire is how my energy is, and affects the physical, even though I believe that I have been a vampire in the past. Coyote is my soul [or apart of it], and I shift regularly mentally, phantom, and quasi-physical.
I guess the difference is Coyote is a new part of my soul. And being vampiric is much older. I have some theories on why Coyote is here. Even though I felt that coyote IS me, I've received information recently that could add to the mystery. That perhaps Coyote is a familiar that fused to me, in order to stay with me. That's how many shamans seem to do it, so it's possible. And perhaps skin-walkers. So it could be magic related.
Anyways, I should stop talking. XD I just say shifter because although I feel very therianthropic, I don't know the cause to why I'm a therian. It could very well be an external spirit that melded with mine somehow in the past.

Aryain Flames I used to wonder about this, but now i'm sure it's possible. I think i'm an otherkin, a reincarnate of a mermaid. In fact I had a dream just the other night where a mermaid painting on the wall suddenly came to life and drifted into my body. I believe iv'e just begun my awakining Be careful with dreams. Sometimes they don't mean anything at all, and sometimes they mean a whole lot. A dream may be one of the first steps, but it may not be the only one. Each awakening is different so I can not say weather you are going through one or not. For me, it was pure confusion. I was terrified. I didn't know what I was and it took a long time for me to figure that out.

I believe I was a were of some type, probably a dog or wolf. Because if it's true then it would go a long way to explaining some of the dreams I have.

I'm not sure I can completely believe much about the "otherkin", simply because of all the teenagers that I find claiming to be one.
"I iz a werewolf! I tranzfurm!"
or
"I iz a merr maid. I mezzmerize peeple wit my voice."
I'm not sure, maybe I've just had a hard time understanding them or maybe I just ran into the wrong people. But in ether case it was always someone confused with what they were ((Almost in a transgender sort of way)) , then stuck to the thing they most identified with.
There are creatures that I know are real for a fact, So I'm not saying I can completely disclaim this. It's half and half.

Well basically those people put us Otherkin to shame. I know that me and my boyfriend do not go around saying that kinda thing. Considering the fact that when someone relates to being Otherkin, that they can spiritually transform themselves and not physically. Of course, our spirits are the beings, not our human selves.

I'm just going to go ahead and say this..
There are going to be a fluffy horde waiting to be fought off no matter what race, group, coven you belong to.
Without the paste, we can't truelly appreciate the diamonds.
[[ For those who don't get that, "paste" was the french term for fake diamonds ]]
