She was sick and tired of being put down of being a house pet. She is barely around the house to be even called a house pet. What does a simple minded male know? They are all the same, they think low of everything around them. While feeling around her halo, she felt a small hole, sticking her claw into the hole, the halo fell to the ground. Finally! Why haven't she felt that before? It was strange to her as if it just appeared on its on. Now that her paw was done trying to figure out how to get this thing from her head.
Her paw swiped across his face, her anger burst out. His smart month wasn't getting anywhere with her. Maybe he can not help her. But she didn't strike him like she wanted.. Her claws wasn't even out.. If her claws wasn't little nubs. The human must have cut them but she doesn't even remember when. She stepped away from the male her eyes had anger in them, she didn't want to be this 'angel' anymore.
"I have no disadvantages for your information. I personally do not stay around that prison to get 'pampered' by those humans, I know how to take care of myself without others helping me. I don't know a know it all to tell me either. So if you have nothing else to say to me I'll be going now." She said furiously.
She didn't look back. She didn't feel bad at all, instead she felt pretty good. Now that she doesn't have to live with those humans anymore, she can be free. However that male was rather a pain. She didn't know what his problem was. Now that she thinks about it, maybe he had a tough life. But why should it matter now? Not that she cares about him, she just met him. And he didn't set off a position attitude on meeting her anyway. So there was no wasting time on sticking around.

When Awai Tenshi's paw darted toward his face, Mephisto's expression quickly became a tooth-baring snarl as he jerked backward instinctively, gathering energy in his hind legs in preparation to launch himself forward, hissing and spitting, with all sharp ends ready to shred. He would not attack her unless she injured him, but if she did, or if she pressed her luck much harder, he would issue her a physical reminder of how ill-prepared she was to live as one of the free palui. His claws were sharp and practiced at ripping into things, and his teeth were the same. If she tried his patience any longer, she would feel one or both. He was totally unaware that his eyes were actually glowing in his anger, or that the pale blue markings which some said looked like runes also seemed to glow a little.
"I have nothing else to say to you," he growled, low and dangerous, like the thrumming of the lowest string on a bass.
He watched her stalk away, conceding the point of being the first to turn tail and leave the other hanging to her. Still, he couldn't help feeling particularly smug once her back was turned. What an excellent night it was. He chuckled softly to himself, watching the white figure depart, as easy to see in the gloom and darkness without the halo as with it. She probably would manage, just to spite him. He didn't care why she did it. One more house pet whose human would be missing them later on.
When she was finally out of sight, he, too, turned and stalked off, overturning a garbage can on his way, taking pleasure in casual chaos.
