Everybody's got their problems Everybody says the same thing to ya
[Oh...Really? ^^' Oops. I have the book, but I never look in it...>.> But, I like 'how do you row' better.]
Anna wasn't having too much finding trouble, it was finding girls. It was as if all the girls with particularly bad lives had come to live in the small shack. It was then that Anna realized they were never all going to fit. Some of them slept on the roof now, for goodness sakes. It just wasn't good for them. She would either have to give them back(Which would happen over her dead body, since they would then be burned to death), or she could make her house and it's shelter bigger. A carpender? No, she didn't have money, and no one would accept her as a worker anymore...
Still, she felt herself stalling in front of the carpenter's shop. She remembered having a crush on the carpenter's son when she was younger....before she was a witch. Of course, that was a long time ago. She wondered if he had taken after his father. They had been best friends when they were four and five, no matter how they were scorned for being different genders.
On a whim, she entered the shop. Just a thing. She wanted to talk to a comrade who was actually her age. The fact that she was 23 and everyone around her was 17 or younger kind of made her brain have to blunt down for them. When it could spring up, or sponge and grow, she seemed to be living the good life. At least she wasn't taking care of 5 and 13 year olds now.
Anna was about to slip back out, not knowing exactly why she had entered, when the boy she knew too well walked out of the back room. The two stared for a good 15 seconds of awkward silence. Then the boy broke it. "3 gay babies were just born, you know that?" And both of them cracked up.
"It's been a while, Anna."
"You too, Ren."
It's just a matter how you solve them Cuz what else you supposed to do(Incorrect)?

(( First male posting! Warning: REALLY LONG! )) Haru woke in the palace, and gazed out of his window, incredibly bored. Today was the day, the day he would have to find a bride. He groaned at the thought. The entire thing was forced, rushed, how could a suitable bride be found in time? Haru thought about the journey he would have to make just to find one, and groaned even further. He hated having to go places, except into battle. Haru would travel the globe to reach a good fight. Haru sighed and put on his usual clothing, a kind of regal leather armor, in case he got into a fight he wasn't prepared for. He paused, then looked through his wardrobe again until he found a rather large black cloak. Haru wrapped it around his shoulders, and admired the effect in a full-body mirror. Once he was satisfied that when he put the hood on his identity would be unknown to any, Haru walked to his father's chambers. He stood by his father, watching him with worry as he saw his father's condition continue to grow worse. After a moment, Haru rose and left, looking back at his father before he walked off. Haru then put his hood on and left the castle in a secret passage so no one would know of his absence until a few more hours. Haru moved as quickly as he could through the dim tunnel, and emerged not far from the village he was to find a bride. He walked through, and found many of the women murmuring amongst themselves about the princes and their need for a bride. Haru purposefully stayed away from the clusters of women, thoroughly disgusted by them. They were women only interested in money, fame, and status. They cared nothing about honor. Haru stopped by a food vendor and grabbed an apple intending to buy. Instead, he found that he had forgotten his money, so he took it on five-finger discount instead. Sure, he was a prince, and he shouldn't steal, but hey, he'll buy a bushel of apples to make up for it. Haru walked a good distance from the vendor before he pulled out the apple, and opened his mouth to take a rather large bit from it. He paused noticing a figure out of the corner of his vision. Haru looked to the side, and saw a small girl, who looked about 5, maybe 6. She looked hungry. Haru smiled and kneeled down, handing her the apple. Unfortunately in the process, the girl got a good look at his face. She gaped at him, eyes wide. Haru immediately held a finger to her mouth, shushing her. "Prince Haru? Why are you here?" "I'm sorry, but it's a secret. Now, is there someone that you're here with?" Haru began looking around, but saw no one who seemed to be the caretaker of the little girl. Haru looked back at the little one, who seemed to have become quite more scared. "Oh no! I forgot! Please don't tell Anna, please!" Haru put up his hands, chuckling. "I can't tell this Anna, since I don't know her. Don't worry, you're fine. What's your name, little girl?" "Poppy. I should go home." "Is there anyone there that can watch you?" "Mm-hmm." "Here let me take you there." Haru stood up and held onto the little girl's hand and walked with her as she walked around, eating the apple Haru had given her. He walked into a forest with the girl, wondering to himself just where this girl lived. Finally, after a bit of a trek, he spotted a small shack through the trees, and could swear he heard girl's laughter. Haru kept walking with Poppy until he was in plain sight of the shack, and saw quite a few girls playing. Well, a few meaning about 15. Haru stood amazed at the sight, wondering why there were so many girls. He came to his senses, bid farewell to Poppy, and made his trek back from the shack to the village, all the while wondering who this 'Anna' was. She sounded like some sort of mother figure.

Fly on the wings of love Fly baby fly
After her brief talk with Ren, Anna walked back outside to remember that they had run out of rice, once again. Besides, the girls were tired of rice. Maybe bread. No, they'd devour it in instants. She looked up, suddenly feeling very guilty for not being able to take care of everyone. Maybe she really should let them go home. But there....they would be greeted with a stake and a fire, and she didn't want that to happen. But slow starvation...she was practically a criminal, keeping them here. No, she'd have to let them go. She shivered at the thought. OK, maybe she'd let them stay for another week until she sent them home. Yes...another week....
Anna looked back onto her plane of view just in time to walk straight into someone. Mainly, someone of importance. A.K.A., the prince. Still, she didn't know that just yet. She was just scolding herself for walking into someone for the second time that day. She was also exposed, her face, that is, to the public. Mumbling bloody murder, she pulled the hood over her face, stood up, and hurriedly apologized, worried that the damage had been done. But at the same time, she was almost relived that it was a member of importance, say the armor under his cloak. Like knowing that she was finally caught, if he had seen, and she wouldn't be the one to have to tell the girls to go home.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry, sir, I wasn't looking where I was going..."

Haru had been pondering on the identity of this 'Anna' figure when he stepped into someone. The impact knocked him into reality, and he looked down at the one who had bumped into him. He got a good look at the young woman before she pulled her hood over her face as well when he felt the breeze pass through his hair. He was hoodless! Haru quickly pulled his hood on as well, looking around. No one had seen, no one had noticed. Haru sighed in relief and went to help the young woman up but she got up before he could help her. His mind was reeling about her face. Where have I seen her before? I know I have, I know I have! But where? Haru cleared his throat and tried to act like his hood hadn't fell. "No, no, it was my fault, I should have paid more attention... tell me, are you famous? I swear I've seen you before..."

I'm losing my mind And you just stand there
Anna blinked, then laughed as he asked if she was famous. "Famous? No, I don't think so. I'm just an optical illuuuusion..." She rubbed her hands on the air as if that would make her any more or less likely to be arrested. Mocking someone of importance might...
Anna realized where she had seen that face, suddenly. The boy. Prince Haru, the one she had told Mari wouldn't come, and if they did, none of the girls would see them. Anna suddenly felt very sick, very confused, and very, very small all at once. She almost staggered as the world around her seemed to tell her that was appropriate. But still Anna managed not to panic and kept a straight face, although she was pretty sure she could feel her guts pouring out her back. "No, really. You never saw me. If you did, I'd have 26 small children eating my soul alive, got it? Wink." It was more or less true. If she was seen by a prince, all the girls would suddenly start asking her if he was nice...handsome or pretty....gentlemanly....It would just be a pain in general. And she had enough stress already.
...And stare As my world divides

Haru's face became stony when she waved her hands around. But when she mentioned the '26 small children', his face softened and he began thinking hard. 26 small children... Haru was silent for a moment as the gears in his head worked furiously. Finally, everything in his head clicked, and he realized who this was. "Wait... are you... Anna? Do you take care of all those girls in the small hut that way?" Haru pointed over his shoulder towards the hut he had just come from, watching the girl with increasing interest.

[M]itsuki [A]lexandria [A]stra <3 Entering the her home/hotel,Mitsuki properly put away her shoes on the marble floor with the innumerable number of shoes that laid there properly. She was a startled about amount of shoes that where there but then again, there were rumors that the princes were choosing brides from this village. She was thankful that the moonlight Manor was able to hold more than 100 people. Her home even had two Japanese-style hot-spring due to the fact that her grandfather heard it was good for the body and mind. Her hotel even had garden that lead to the forest and a koi pond for the fishes.
She shook her head trying to come back to Moonlight Manor as she noticed she began to drift off to obvilion like she usually did. She stepped on the tatami mats and walked toward and opened another screen door revealing a bustling lobby room. "Damn..." she said out loud suppose to be to herself as she closed the screen door.
"MITSUKI" a voice shrieked through the noisy and busy lobby. Mika looked around to search for the creature that was calling for her. "Move" the voice said as a old lady appeared out of the crowd to were mitsuki was. It was her grandmother and she had an angry and annoyed expression on her face. "Mitsuki Alexandria Astra! You're late and we have customer so get changed and stop lolly-gagging." her grandmother told her before disappearing back into the crowd of people and before Mika could protest to her grandmother's words.
She sighed and walked through the crowd speaking only word such as "Excuse me" or "Please let me through" and "Sorry" She reached the front of the lobby and walked to the hallways. She kept walking until she reached a room with the sign that read: "Staff lockers - Ladies". She entered the room and locked the door and walked over to the wooden shelves that held kinomos. She stripped herself out of her attire and changed into a blue kinomo and placed her clothing where the kinomo was at. She unlocked the door and exited the room and walked back to the lobby. She manned the front desk and put on a happy smile. She liked work..abit.

Your face it holds my once pleasant dreams
"Er..." Anna knew she was screwed, either way. She could tell the truth, and hope that the name 'Anna' was just really, really common. Or she could lie, and be easily seen through. If he had seen the shack-and he had-there was no denying that it was the only place with 26 children. At least 13 of them were always playing on the lawn at a time, unless it was night and they were all inside, so he had obviously seen quite a few. And....all those girls....oh, shiz. But why had he gone there? Unless one of the younger girls was here and took him there...
The outlook was getting worse and worse, but there was only one choice:tell the truth. "Er....yes. Yes I am. I take care of them." The tension was rubbing at her neck. What would he do? Respond, or call to some hidden guard to take her away? Unlikely he remembered her though...he was only....what, 8? When she had been convicted of witchery. She might still have a chance.
Your voice has chased away all the sanity in me

Haru watched Anna squirm and ponder and panic. When she finally spoke, he thought of something. "Wait... you take care of them? Alone? All 26 of them?" Haru already connected her being a thief, he had spotted the missing thumb when she waved her hands. How does she do it? Can she do it alone? Haru watched her, wondering just what the story was for this woman. The only reason why Haru had any of his fingers was because he was a prince, and was able to pay them back after a while.

Stab my heart And watch me bleed
"Um...some of them are old enough to help. So, not really alone." Anna dug her heel into the ground and prayed that the prince was sympathetic enough to not send her to jail. Eventually, though, Anna knew that Ryu would go home and take care of the kids. Still, it would be humiliating to have her children watch her burn to a coal. So she hoped he was sympathetic. At least a little. "But, um, I do what I can to feed them. Yeah." Her eyes were now boring holes in his chest, no longer able to stare him in the face. He was much taller than her, anyway, and her neck was getting cramped from looking straight up at him.

Haru furrowed his brow, thinking again. He was thinking a lot today... Haru knocked away that random thought and went back to his previous train of thought. He thought, and thought, and thought some more until he reached a decision. "Well... how about this? You come back with me at the castle, and I'll give you some money. For some food for the kids." Haru's smile was hidden underneath his hood, but he just seemed to radiate a trusting benevolence. Unlike his usual aura, which was renown for giving just about everyone shivers down their spine.

You belong to me My snow white queen
Anna thought it was worthwhile noting that he was thinking a lot. That could be good. It probably ment he didn't want to arrest her and leave the kids to starve. She was the only one who knew how to steal food well, and most of them would be sent to jail before she could name them.
When he asked her to come with him at the castle, she panicked as words went running through her head. "Um...I couldn't.....uh..." What Anna was really looking for was a socially polite way to say she didn't need help.
But the thing was, she did. Doing this for 3 years and it was growing difficult to breath. And she had 3 more to go. Most of the older girls, once they traded off the top job to the next person, got caught and burned.
As she was panicking, an armored hand grasped her around the wrist unkindly and pulled it upward, showing the grotesk and thumbless hand. Now in more horror than shock, Anna turned upward toward the guard she knew to be standing there. As she struggled against him(which he seemed not to notice), he turned to look at the prince in the eye.
"Sir, what 'oo doin' here?" The guard handed the girl off to a different one so he could talk freely with the prince, without being bitten on the fingers(Like she had been previously attempting to do. Without success, of course).
There's nowhere to run So let's just get it over

Avalon sighed while she hammered away at the precious sword. She didn't know which prince it belonged to but he had better like what she had done with it....or else she'd probably get mad, but would never say it in fear of what he might do to her and her family. She needed the money badly and was afraid that if she didn't get to working even harder than she had already been doing, that her family would have to leave their house. The money was too tight in her house.
"Sir, I'm taking a break if that's okay with you...." Avalon asked, her voice soft.
"Sure Ava, go right ahead." Avalon had never heard her boss call her 'Ava' before, usually that was only her mother.
Avalon removed the face helmet that she wore when crafting and rubbed her eyes. She had a long night and didn't sleep very well, it was starting to get to her. She had spent the whole night reading a romance novel that her mother had given her. It was one that she had read about ten times over, never getting tired of reading it.
"I really need to stop doing that...." Avalon smiled to herself as some more girls in their fancy dresses walked by. She lowered her head, too embarrassed to speak or talk to them.
They just walked by without giving her a second glance, that's how it always was with her. No one ever gave her a second glance because she wasn't exactly the pretty girl all the men wanted. She was plain and simple....dreadfully simple. It might have been a crime being this.....simple. Avalon hated the word now. She decided to stop being a wallflower and talk to someone.
Okay....the next man that walks by.... Avalon told herself.
The next man that walked by was quite portly and large for her taste. Not that he couldn't have been a good man...it was just that he wasn't exactly the 'Prince' she was looking for. The thought of a Prince made her smile, that would never happen in a thousand years!
