“Yes they do indeed.” Felicity agreed. Really refering more to her younger brother then Toulouse. “I’m Felicity. It’s nice to meet you. That’s Toulouse make friends with Aelia.” Felicity pointed at the two children who looked to be deep in a curious staring contest. “Can I get you anything?” Felicity ask letting Shyer into the house. “You can sit in the living room there or we can stay on the porch with the kids." The redhead smiled, the picture perfect hostess even in her ratty overalls.
“What, this?” Toulouse asked innocently pointing to the ball. “It’s just a toy I’ve got. Well, a ball that is.” He let his hands drop away from the ball and the thing floated midair as if his hands were still there to hold it. “It’s just a levitation charm.” Toulouse added looking to Aelia for her reaction. He wondered if she had other magic besides her glamour.

"Tea if you've got any." Shyer said, relaxing a little as the idea of sitting in a closed living room sunk in a bit more. It was slowly starting to get kinda chilly outside and she hoped maybe some kind of heater would be inside. not that she was gonna ask, that'd be imposing too much she figured.
"Oh, Toulouse and Felicity. Nice names you both have. Um.,is the living room okay with you?"
The simple and open way he used whatever magic he possessed was unnerving to Aelia. Shyer had strict rules on keeping it away from public eye, though perhaps Felicty? thought differently to Shyer.
"Isn't it a little silly to waste a charm on a toy?"
Was all she replied a little vexed at how easy he was being with whatever talents he had. It tweaked then that she had just heard the boys name though and an alarm went off in her head. A boy named Toulouse who apparently knew magic to some degree. She cocked her head to one side, scrutinizing him.
"You know Julien then, don't you?"

“Ah, okay.” Felicity said agreeably. “I have Chai and Earl Grey. What would you prefer?” Felicity began to busy herself in the kitchen talking as she set water to boil. “The living room is perfectly fine and thanks. Though, the names are a bit old fashioned. Aelia is a pretty name but Shyer…it’s very unique. I’ve never heard it before. What nationality is it?”
“It’s not really a charm per say…I’m more like manipulating the Air and Gravity around it.” Toulouse tossed his head with a brush of yellow hair, feeling himself going into monologue mode. He was startled when Aelia mentioned Julian. “Yes, I do know Julien. Very well actually.”
Toulouse let the ball drift slowly back to the wood floor as he spoke, losing interest in the thing as the mention of Julien. He wondered how Aelia know him.

“Early grey thanks, white with two sugars.”
Shyer informed, watching the hostess sidle into what she presumed would be the kitchen. The lounge room was easy to discern and making herself comfortable in a sofa. She soaked in the more comfortable atmosphere of safety and civilisation which had been absent on their walk away from the car, wondering if the mechanic guys would phone her when they got to the car and no one was there. Maybe they’d fix it and rive it up here if she gave them directions, that’d be nice.
“Erm, good question. Mum heard it somewhere and just took a liking to it, I’m not even sure if it’s a real name.”
Shyer laughed, she’d been through that story a few times, asked that same question a few times, and her mum still couldn’t remember where she’d heard the name or why she liked it. Could be a freaking dishwasher detergent brand name for all Shyer knew.
“oh?”
Aelia said, not sure if she was curious or indifferent, it’s not like levitation was exactly something new to her, she just hadn’t seen it done with an object before current. She grinned inwardly when he seemed interested in her acquaintance with Julien.
“He mentioned you a little…”
She disclosed, trying to remember what exactly the teenaged Ashe had said. Suddenly something came to mind.
“He said we were a little alike actually…”
She frowned, not seeing the resemblance at all between the two of them. This ‘Toulouse’ was not at all what she’d expected.

Felicity laughed a little at Shyer’s explanation of her name as the water came to a boil. “It doesn’t really matter. It’s a nice name. At least it’s not like Moon Unit Zappa or something equally embarrassing.” Felicity prepared the two cups of tea. One was straight while the other was filled with sugar.
The redhead sat on the couch next to Shyer, offering her the cup of tea. “Can I ask you something?” Felicity wondered hoping she wasn’t being too nosy. She had a tendency to do that. “What are you doing way out here? There’s nothing much worth seeing but lots and lots of trees.” Maybe there were trying to find the camping ground Felicity thought.
“I’m surprised that he even mentioned me at all.” Toulouse said a little taken aback. “All I really am is a big pain to him and I’m not to big to admit it.” He said thinking of past visits with Julien and how they all ended with Toulouse tweaking Julien’s tail and making him worry and fret. “He said we’re alike? Well, I don’t know you well enough to assume as much as all that.”

Shyer laughed in reply, Moon unit Zappa?
"Sounds like some kinda silly magical girl cry doesn't that?"
She twirled her wrist around with a last minute flick to emphasise her point, 'banishing' whatever invisible evils lurked in the corners. Her eyes widened a little as she watched the sugar crystals fall into her cup. What could she say? She had a sweet tooth.
Taking the cup Shyer took a long draught, feeling the warmth stretch down to her toes.
"Mm'sure."
She answered, she felt too grateful for a place to stay inside without fear of wolves to turn down anything that was in her power to give to the lovely woma who now played host for an apparent stranger. She put down her cup to explain.
"Well I was actually just passing through. Wanted to get to the city a few miles past here and well, the car conked out."
Shyer sighed inwardly. More money needed to pay insurance, get a repair job and a tune up etc. etc. Money she didn't always have.
"She," At this Shyer nodded in the direction Aelia had gone towards with Toulouse, "Seems to like it here more hough."
"He seemed fond of you. "
Aeia answered, oblivious to the fact that Toulouse had said more. She walked a small bit ahead of him, looking at each room quickly before finally turning to him again.
"So you're an ashe too then."
There was no hint of a question in her tone, it was a statement and she meant to prove it correct. A hypotheses if you will.
