Yeah. There was some skit that we had watched too. I missed the jousting though, which kind of upset me. I wish that I would have had enough money to get some food and other stuff I wanted.
All the stuff to buy such as jewelry and such was all over $50. It was hard to find anything under that much.
What are you doing this weekend.
Oh by the way. I've always wanted to go to a Con, but I either never find out when they are or I have to drive so far to get there.

My weekend was actually more of an entire week. I went to washington and climbed Mount Saint Helens. It was awesome. I mean seriously this was probably the best vacation I've ever had and it couldn't have come at a more appropriate time. I was starting to feel really trapped in my life and really tired of routine and people around me. So it was a chance to get away and see the country. On the trip I went to Craters of the moon as well which is an old volcanic hot spot that left this barren land scape where almost nothing grows so it looks like the moon. I went to the museum of flight and saw my two favorite airplanes of all time. There was just a ton of stuff I did and I feel really good now.

I am glad that your week has gone so well, Monk! It's good to get out and about once and awhile just to have a fresh breath of air. Monotony can be quite daunting, but you conquered it quite well. 3nodding

Monk, I am so glad that had a great vacation and had such a wonderful time. I just wish I could have had an equally great vacation. However that's hard when money is tight.
I would love to hear more about your vacation and see any pictures if you have any.

Yea I've got pics. Money did make it a problem. We were originally going to fly but driving was much cheaper. And instead of spending nights in hotels we brought a tent and camped. Which was equally good so no complaints here.

Which was equally good so no complaints here. I think that it would have made it better to camp out. Especially when its something you don't get to do that often. I would love to see your pictures sometime.

Just a bit of news that's going on in my life right now. :] We got rid of our dog Lexus. The one that tried to kill my computer. >_< We liked her, but she was getting so bad that she wasn't listening to us and she wasn't going potty outside. She s**t on my bed and I decided that I've had enough. So its been about 2 weeks since we've gotten rid of her and someone at my job posted a flyer advertising Boston Terriers. I thought I'd mention it to my boyfriend. Not saying that we'd get one, but just to let him know there are some dogs so he can think things over. So since he's not familiar with a lot of dog breeds he started researching and wasn't completely gung ho about getting the breed, but thought that we might be able to. I'm laying in bed trying to get to sleep and he comes in all excited saying that he wants a chow. I've wanted a chow for the last 4 years, but couldn't afford or find them close enough. Mind you that this whole time he's told me that he's never wanted one. But he researched about the dog and wouldn't leave me alone about it all afternoon. Two weeks ago in our local paper there was an add for Chow puppies. So I told him to call and see if they still had any, they had 5. We talked it over a little more and decided that we'd try to get another dog. I went and got her this morning and she's been laying here by our feet under the table all day. She's pretty shy yet, but I'm sure once she comes around to us, the cats and our place she'll be more lively and happy. Take a look see!

Aww, I'm sorry to hear about the problems that you had with your dog Lexus. sad I don't know how long I could take that sort of behavior from my dog if he/she did that. Your new puppy looks adorable, such a cute lion cuff. whee I think she will warm up quite nicely, as you said, it's just a matter of time. 3nodding

Your new puppy looks adorable, such a cute lion cuff. whee I think she will warm up quite nicely, as you said, it's just a matter of time. 3nodding Yeah. She's still shy. I wished that Lexus would have worked out, but not all dogs are made to be house dogs. We thought we would be patient with her since we got her from the humane society, but it just go bad after awhile and neither of us could deal with her anymore. We decided to name out new puppy Sapphira. She's never been in a house before so its going to take her awhile to get adjusted to that. She seems poppy trained already because she won't go unless she's outside. We're just going to have to teach her to let us know when she has to go. She had a scab next to her eye though when we got her. Lee pulled it off and found out it was infected and there was a little hole. We figured she might have had a Botfly and when it left her long hair kept getting in the hole so it couldn't heal. So we have the infection gone or almost gone and its slowly starting to get a real scab on it now. We're going to take her to the vet sometime though to have her checked over really well. The people we got her from has all of their dogs outside. They had them dewormed and rabies vacinated, but I'd still like to get her checked out and make sure she doesn't have anything else. She loves being outside so I'm sure we'll spend plenty of time outside. I'll post more pictures sometime. :]

Le Duke of Undertaker I only have a catfish. 3nodding I like catfish. I want to get one of those huge ones. I want to get fish, but I want to wait until I know that I'm going to be some place for quite some time. Not knowing when, where, and if I'll move is a little frustrating.

I used to have a myriad of fishes, but they died down until I the last two, then one of the two remaining fish died, and the remaining catfish is on it's last brink of life, it's sad. crying
