The Wizard was obviously feeling the effects from the kick to the chest. Karitos fell toward the ground.

(RVD) The momentum was on Van Dam's side at this point! Dragging Karitos to his feet, RVD would back him up against the ropes and attempt to whip him across the ring with that irish whip! (RVD)

Karitos was thrown by the Irish Whip, but not towards the turnbuckle. Oh no, Karitos uses that momentum to whip RVD tenfold!

(RVD) The whip was reversed, and Van Dam ended up running into the turnbuckle chestfirst with a groan, clutching his chest as he rolled back over himself onto the canvas! Such force! (RVD)

There is a reason why this guy is a Wizard. With some potential force, Karitos goes for what appears to be a splash the size of a moving brick wall straight to RVD.

:: In some long overdue offensive from Karitos, Van Dam took that splash across his back, grimacing with audible groans as he rolled aside afterward .. a hand going to the small of his back. The guy didn't look heavy, but the splash sure was enough to clear the wind from his body. ::

The Wizard's ever mounting offense begins. He seize up the strength of ten cows as he heads toward RVD with the intention of picking him up for a power slam.

Karitos quickly gets the pin. But knowing his two thousand years experience, RVD will get out.

:: RVD was picked up to a stand by Karitos, but he would reach up and break the man's grasp, tearing his hands away. From here, RVD was looking to fire off a pair of right hands into the man's face. If successful, Van Dam would leap up and spin in reverse, attempting to blast both feet outward right into the side of Karitos' skull! ::

Karitos's experience did not save him now. He was first distracted by the right hands before he got taken down by the unexpected feet to the head. Karitos lied on the mat almost dazed.

Karitos almost got the wind push out of him as RVD's leg drop connected.
Once RVD gets the pin, however, the Wizard kicks out...actually, he levitated out at two.
