Leli remained as she was. She was comfortable enough and while it made sense to relax, which she was currently doing, it was illogical to sleep. You do not sleep with a stranger near by. It just wasn't safe. Even if his character was sound, and she could make such an assumption which she could not, there were always other dangers when sleeping in a cave. She did not want any agressive parties to seek shelter here and catch her unawares. No, she was fine as she was, simply watching the storm. The time would come when she could go on again and find a more suitable place to rest.

Chiboa jumped up with a start, he had fallen asleep and had just had a pretty bad dream, which didn't exactly sit easy with him considering the last dream he had came true. He looked around the cave, trying to spot Ngala, he did and he let out a sigh of relief. His dream had been about her again, but it wasn't as
"nice" as just seeing her eyes.

Boa closed his eyes and tried to relive his dream, In it he was lying down, just as he had been before. But the storm wasn't exactly a storm anymore, it was more of a typhoon, if typhoons could be near land... but it was the best example he could compare it to. Anyways, the storm was raging outside, the thunder rumbled the cave, so much in fact, that a stalactite fell from the top heading right for Ngala...

And thats when he woke up. Needless to say, it freaked Chiboa out plenty, which was why he was still watching her out of the corner of his eye as the storm raged on.

Leli had no such lapses in attention. She had not slept or even daydreamed. She was still watching the storm...you could even say monitoring it. She was listening to the howl of the wind and the clash of thunder and carefully watching when the lightning would strike. She also tried to note the pressure in her sinuses...a change in air pressure caused a bit of discomfort. It meant the weather was changing. It could either be for better or for worse...she couldn't tell just yet. She hoped it was the former.

Chiboa watched Leli uncomfortably, if his dream was right she might be crushed! And even though they hadn't exactly gotten off on a good start, he still had to help if he could.

"Ummm, Ngala'Leli?" he began, "I know this is going to sound odd, but could you move from that spot please? Maybe just over a couple of feet?"

"Don't get your tail all in a knot," Leli snorted in his direction. She could feel the pressure in her sinuses jump. As she focused her gaze outside she saw just what she needed; the storm was disappating. The sky was rolling into a blue-spotted gray, letting the sun come out in streaks. The rain, too, was thinning to odd droplets here and there. Storms could come and go so fast...it was amazing, but not surprising.

"I'll do you one better," she murmured, slipping to her feet in one smooth motion, "I'm heading off." And with that she trotted out, ready to move out on her way. Sure, she'd have to deal with mud, but it wasn't worth the wait for it to clear. She was already covered in the stuff anyhow.

Chiboa was once again annoyed at the rude wild dog, all he was trying to do was help. But oh well, he sighed, some people I guess would rather be left alone. He watched her leave without saying a word, as she made her final steps out of the cave into the humid, muddy outside, he got up as well.

He walked over to the entrance and waited a few seconds for his eyes to adjust to the sun and watched her walk off into the distance. He looked around and saw that a few trees had branches ripped off, and there were mud piles everywhere. The price of a storm, he sighed again. "Well, thats one afternoon I won't be forgetting anytime soon, for better or worse," he said out loud before heading out back onto the Rouge Lands himself.
