sax67angel this is not exactly a hidden message but ... from one an episode i can't remember which it was either the Sontaran Stratagem or Poison Sky the 10th doctor was wearing a gas mask and he said "Are you my mummy?" just like the boy from empty child when I saw that I couldn't stop laughing for like 5 minutes, and i kept remembering it and randomly laughing to myself, it was funny

If you look carefully at the taxi that is asking for Stacy Campbell in Partners in Crime it has an Atmos label.

In Midnight, at one point on the train, Rose came on the TV behind the Doctor and was pounding on it and yelling "Help! Doctor! Help me!" (you could read her lips, the TV was muted).
Also, when Donna was first going off with the Doctor, (S4 Episode 1) she said to someone to pass on the message "That bin there". When the person who was told to pass the message on turned around, it was Rose. She turned and walked a few steps towards the curb corner and vanished.

The writers for Doctor Who and Torchwood are so witty! They do this sort of thing a lot! It's amazing! I love it!! heart

It's rather hard since the US has seen all but one episode of Series 4 now, and the guild is comprised mainly of UK/US fans.
Also, I haven't seen any spoilers for the finale that weren't at least whited out, but with these threads of course little things are going to be mentioned, it's almost guaranteed.

I just noticed on "The Stowaway" (the song from VotD) the lyrics go as follows:
"I think of him now and again
I wonder how his journey ends"
Btw, for those of you who haven't bought the soundtrack(s) I definitely recommend both of them!
Now just waiting for the Torchwood soundtrack to hit the US!

Do we remember when tosh was in aliens of london? Well in the last episode of torchwood when she was talking to owen she said about the day when he was too hungover to work and she had to replace him, thats why she waws a bit useless at examining the spacepig!

In the song "song for 10" (the song that plays as dr 10 is picking his new outfits in the christmas invasion) The third verse goes as follows...

I remember hearing a lot about The End Of The World in Season4. However, without going back and watching it all, the only one I can currently recall is on Planet of the Ood, when the first alarms go off and the PR girl was trying to calm the rich guests down with the excuse, "It's only the End Of the World Shift."

The 8th Doctor from the movie mentions that he is part [human] and in Series 4 with the 10th Doctor a certain thing happens causing him to have a part [human-clone]

eek I never noticed Brannigan's mention of 'journey's end'! Wow *starts scanning episodes again*
They probably do have a department for continuity...they list them in the credits (if you can read them fast enough). They probably have a department of practical jokes as well after that flying penguin thing with David Attenbrough (ack, i can't spell >.<).

Story arcs and trivia points about foreshadowing are my favourite wikipedia read. >.<
I remember when I was watching the third series for the first time with my friend (who'd seen it before), he kept telling me at the end of the episodes that I had now heard (The Master) being mentioned x many times.. and I always wanted to go back and watch it again and try to find the reference because I could never figure it out. xD
I'm currently re-watching the third series and keeping an eye out for all the posters and mentions of it. Series two is also so much fun with its many references to Torchwood.
