Snatching his blade back from Yamoto's hand. "Nice, High-Five!" Bullene says, secretly gathering a lime green reiatsu film around his hand. He holds up his hand and waits for Yamoto's reaction.

Yamoto holds his hand waiting to be hived-fived. "You really don't have to heal me or what ever you're going to do.

Once their hands meet, Yamoto's hand begins to hiss and steam, healing the cut in his hand. "I don't want your hand to be mutilated." He says, laughing. "Do not try to grab the blade now. Only try to block it." Bullene says with a grunt, swinging his zanpakuto down at Yamoto again. Squad 7

"Oh you could have told me that." Yamoto regathers reiatsu and holds up his hand. Bullene's sword does not even make contact with Yamoto hand. A large force of reiatsu consumes Yamoto's hand pushing Bullene's blade back.

"You see, Yamoto?" Bullene says, shaking his head. "Now you are using too much reiatsu." Bullene sits on the floor, cross legged, and waits for Yamoto to follow suit. "You must join me in my breathing exercises before we continue." Bullene begins to inhale and exhale. His reiatsu flows in and out like the water on the ocean's edge.Squad 7

((This is probably going to be the way that I teach shikai from now on...))
"All you need is focus." Bullene says, now closing his eyes. "If you can look inside yourself, your connection with your body will be natural." He continues his breathing, now getting deeper. His reiatsu continues to flow, but is now softer, like the Mediterranean Sea on a late summer night.Squad 7

Yamoto continues to breath, his reiatsu begins to calm to a point with it is a smooth as the finest glass. Yamoto reiatsu begins to stop moving at all. I remeber this feeling. I had it as I was dying. Yamoto open his eyes. He could see each reiatsu particle in the room. Every hint of reiatsu could be detected for miles. "Ah bull I think something might be wrong.

"What would that be?" Bull asks Yamoto, his eyes remain closed. He continues focusing on his own reiatsu, having it gradually coming to a stop as well.Squad 7

"I see every hint of reiatsu in this room, and not only that I can fell it for miles." Yamoto tries to gather reiatsu in his hand, but nothing happens. Wait, did I do something wrong. Of course not, the reason you can't move or focus your reiatsu is because your reiatsu is frozen, metaphorically. This is a technique that allows a shinigami to since anything for miles, so it is a defense technique. Great, now how do I get out of it. Simple. A jolt hit Yamoto sending him flying into the wall. "Ow.

"I guess you have somewhat gotten the hang of your reiatsu control..." Bullene says, opening his eyes after the large thud. "Learning this technique is just like learning how to drive a stick-shift on earth: After a lot of practice, it comes faster and faster, but if you mess up, it 'stalls' your system." Bullene gets up and walks over to Yamoto. "Ready to try again?" He says, holding out his hand to help him up.Squad 7

Yamoto smiles, He holds up his hand as soon as Bull's sword was a foot a way A soon as the blade hit Yamoto's palm it remained there. Not a cut could be seen, it was like the blade was trying to cut diamond. "Well."

"Good! I am happy for you!" Bull says. He draws his blade away from Yamoto's hand. "For now, you should be able to transfer that to any part of your body." He bows at his Vice-Captain and he was proud. "I will teach you to grab the blade soon." He says. "Now... If you don't mind, I would like to get back to my meditation."Squad 7
