"I know your brother saw ME coming, but im willing to bet he didnt know there were two of me. I do know your brothers limitations. You should know i planned for everything." The wicked smile on his face should have told her then and there that something was wrong.
"Now like i was saying this could all be very simple if you would just trust me." He got confirmation from Riot that he had caleb in his possession by thought transferal. "Because as things stand you dont have a ******** choice. So please today im trying to be nice." He snickered to himself waiting for her response. If she resisted he would kill Drako as a lesson and still take Caleb.

Every muscle in Cats body tensed as she propelled herself at the man, hand grabbing his throat as she placed the gun to his head. "I"m going to say this once so listen up. I swear to whatever God there is if you take my brother I will find you and I will kill you." a clicking noise came from the gun, announcing that it was readied to be fired. Oddly enough her hand was still, no shaking at all. "I'm not giving him up without a fight." The muscles in her hand and fingers tensed and she pulled teh trigger of the gun.

The hammer landed on air. He had rifted the bullets out of the magazine after the first shot.
"You know if your going to kill me you may want to do it the old fashioned way." He was a little angry. He decided to switch the roles. He jumped behind her and grabbed a fist full of her hair. He dragged her to the bed and threw her into the head board with a loud thud. "You really are not listening to me, he let me help clear that air headed ******** head of yours." Riot back handed her across the cheek hard. "Before i was going to let everyone live but you just had to try something stupid. So now your friend Drako... Oh hes dead. Matter of fact let me send the kill order now." All he needed to do was think it and Death would execute. Though he waited for her reaction...

Cat winced as she hit the head board, lifting her head to glare at Riot, gritting her teeth. The back hand he gave her didn't phase her much as she simply grabbed his wrist before he pulled his hand away. "Then I hope you can multitask." she twisted the wrist hard before yanking it forward, Sending her other fist into his face. 'His ability is jumping...I'm at a disadvantage here...Caleb I'm sorry.'

Her hand phased right through his head, it looked as though she had punched a hologram. He moved his head through her arm and to the side. His wrist slipped from her grasp as he jumped so that he was sitting up next to her on the bed.
"I really do hate to be the bad guy. I mean its just not fair." He rested his head back on the head board he had just sent her flying into. "but sadly someone has to do it. Its a balance you see. Good and evil. I hate to be on the darker side but its just oh so essential." He rolled his head to the side so that his eyes were on her.

Cat simply frowned as he phased through her fist. She didn't move as he jumped, feeling the extra weight on teh bed as he sat next to her. She turned her head slightly, looking at him through the corner of her eye, pure and utter hatred for this man seemed to seep out. 'He can jump, so why is he still here.' she eyed him a bit longer. "Why are you toying with me?" she asked lowly, dropping her hand to the bed.

"Because this is the most fun i have had since i began running the H.E.C." HE looked at her and the look of hatred on her face. "You hate me, but you do not know me. You do not know my intentions, you do not know my demons and you do not know my heart." He looked at her in silence for a moment. "You hate a man you do not know..." He sighed as he turned his back to her draping his legs over the bed. He was not going to send the kill order; in his own way Death didnt even like killing. They came here ona mission of mixed peace. Caleb abilities would allow him so much more flexibility in his new government. HE could avoid fights by stopping them before they began. He could possibly crush U.H opposition before it began, in that way he could help them help themselves. There could be peace.

Cat watched him a moment. "What I hate more is the fact that your stealing away the only family I have left. And for some ******** up reason, you thought I"d let him go willingly when you didn't bother explaining to me why." She clutched the blanket on the bed tightly. "HEC has taken him from me once, no warning, no note explaining why, or for how long, or even if he was going to be let go. You yourself have yet to give me that guarantee." Now she was shaking, from both resisting teh urge to throw a punch at him once more, and the urge to start begging him, which at this point was not beneath her. "Try to think for a moment what it's like to have the one person you cherish most in this world ripped away from you, and you know there ain't a damn thing you can do to stop it. That right there would be the reason I can hate you with out knowing you." She stood and walked to the work bench in her room, the left over parts from her last project littered the table. She grabbed her bag and her skates, placing thim in the bag.

"His safety is my gaurente. But if you want it solidified. Go with him. I am not like the man that took him last. I came her i asked nicely. No violence until A) You pulled a gun on me B) Drako took Caleb. I think i can say ive tried to be as diplomatic as possible." He looked at her throwing things in the bag. "So if it suits you, i will not just take him. I ask that you come with us. Im not taking him to some H.E.C laboratory he will have his own room, maids all the things a boy of his abilities deserves. I need him like an oracle of the old times. Not a lab rat of the new."

"You know, Caleb asked me a question one time, and I never really gave it much thought till now." She moved, walking over to lean against the wall opposite of him, arms crossed as she looked him dead in the eyes. "If you knew what the future held, would you try to change it, even if it you knew it wouldn't work?" she closed her eyes a moment, thinking it over herself, while waiting for Riots answer.

"In essence that is what i am attempting to do. I do not care about the H.E.C but it is a destructive force that will eat this land if left unchecked. Atleast by my hand the monster will only eat what is nessecary for its survival." He looked at her and smiled. "I dont not wish to rule anyone except my own soul. Yet, this world deserves a man who will. I even know such a man but i fear his iorn hand will not be able to smooth out the low's." He looked at her and rifted to her side standing up against the wall and leaning on her.
"Let me ask you something. There are three men sitting ina tree. The first holds a sword, the second holds a pen, the other holds an apple. Who do you trust?"

Cat simply glanced over at Riot as he leaned against her, then listened to what he had to say. The riddle puzzled her. She thought it over, not really sure there was a right answer. After a moment she smirked, laughing slightly. "None of them, I trust the tree, as it sticks to it's nature and will always be a tree." She turned her head to look at him. "and don't give me no crap about how that's not an option." she smirked.

"It is an option because the apple is grown from nature. Given life by the tree and given the option to fall away and plant its own tree; restarting the circle. The apple is life in all its forms. It feeds the hungry and the at its core it breeds tree's that will feed more of the hungry. It is sacrificial and giving. It is the one thing in the world that will not ask anything of you but to eat it." He sighed as he paced. "I wish to be like the apple. I want to feed this planet back its life, i want to plant trees and make it grow roots that will nourish decades of homospaiens and all its spawn."

"Including UH's, even though they may not agree with everything HEC decides to do?" she watched him pace. "I got a glimpse of a paper earlier, and though I have no idea what the hell happened at the reactor, I"m having a hard time getting a straight answer out of anyone why Micah decided to lose his mind and try and blow the thing up." she looked at the floor a moment. "Why blame a group a people, when it was only one that a made a mistake?"
