I've noticed a common problem seems to be that outward arguments seem to get directed inwards... like, some people start complaining about something Gaia did, but then other people start complaining about THEM, and then it gets personal. We really need to avoid that.

I usually try to avoid all the arguments >.>; So I usually stay quiet.
