Vincent quickly moved but still took the attack. Instead of taking it head on he got it right in the side knocking the air out of him. This time when he fell to the ground he stayed down. He was beaten.
Alexa winced as Vincent went down and pulled out his pokeball. She called him back into it and cradled it. "Good job." She whispered. She then looked up at Jackie and smiled. "Great battle! you two really improved since we last fought!" She said getting ready to leave.

Ferrum sighed happily. We're even now! She told Vincent before he was whisked away to his pokeball. That... was really fun. With a gleam in her eyes that only comes with a victory, she strutted back to Jackie's side.
Jackie laid a hand on Ferrum's flank. "Calm down, you!" she whispered. "Great battle, you two!" she called over to Alexa. "That was a tough one!" Jackie rubbed Ferrum's snout as they turned to go. "Breaking a 4-battle losing streak - priceless!"
