Maxi slowly walks in and leans against the wall dark rings under his eyes. "All squads with designs turned in have there new uniforms sir, but that's only half of them really." Maxi sighs and tosses a flash drive onto the table, "During the meeting we lost half a minuet, so Im assuming thats the time he moved around to take the two captains and to retreat. What Im unsure about is how fare this 'time control' goes and what is its radius?"
Maxi looks around at the gathering captains and smiles, "As for the limiters, I've rerouted control to my personal laptop so its a simple 5 second process. Dont want think=gs to be like in the older days." Maxi chuckles at that and watches Ryan struggle with his computer.

Daven grabbed the flash drive, opened it up and plugged it into one of the sandtable's USB port. He studied the data that started coming up, looking for what they were up against.

Bullene enters the Sandtable. His robed billowed behind his fast paced walk. His feet came to rest just passed the threshold of the room. He saw the USB in Daven's hands. Bull's eyes widened in horror. He shunpod over to Daven's computer just in time to see all of his porn load up on the screen. He snatched the USB out of the computer. "Maxi!" Bullene called. "You always use my USB, don't you? Get your own for god's sake!"
He pulled a second Flash Drive from his pocket. "This is the one you want, Daven." He handed it over to him and replaced the original one in his pocket. "Now, I need a favor." Bull said to the captains. "I need to know where we are most vulnerable, so I can post small contingents of Shinigami to those locations." Bullene tried to find a map of Soul Society. "Uhh, does anybody know where those locations are?" Squad 7 Captain Bullene Katsurou

"This is a tactical map of the Sereitei. We should trust that the shield over the Sereitei will hold, as well as the walls and the Gate Guardians. Therefore, the places that need protection are the Central 46, the tactical areas here in 6th, the Gates to Earth, and other than that, you will have to set your guards as you need. "I will need safe passage for myself and 1st Squad to get to the Moto Family home in a while. No escort necessary."

((Can I post something in the Seretei Wide Announcement? I have made my contingents and would like to make sure that everybody knows.))
Bullene looks at the map, pulling out a list from his pocket. He scanned the names of the shinigami were staying behind to defend the Homestead. He was running through possible arrangements. "Alright..." Bullene said, scribbling on the list. "I have come up with the arrangements. Please take a look?" He placed the list down on the table.

Ryan looked over the data, nodding lightly. "So that's what we're up against. Still tough to determine, though. We don't have data on all the Espada - there's empty gaps in here that I'm sure anyone with any sense of tactics would fill. I'm going on the assumption that this Hogosha has a full complement of ten Espada."
Ryan put the data that was on the tiny device Bullene had given to Daven aside and quickly figured out how to pull up a tactical map. "As for Earth, I have a fairly simple strategy in mind."
Setting the positions of their forces was fairly self-explanatory, and Ryan did so quickly. "The gate to Earth gives us a position much as if we are in a trench. Now, we could rush the gate, but that would result in heavy losses for small gains - and I don't think anyone here wants to repeat the Somme. Anyway, there's a much more effective strategy to deal with a trench situation. To start, the zaigou will go first and take up positions where they will fire Reido blasts, if I understand their capabilities correctly. After a timed interval, our main body will exit the gate and make an advance. In the position we're in, we could probably stand to make an advance of fifty to seventy-five metres in four minutes, but optimally, I would want a hundred. Our forces will set a front line, and the zaigou will follow and begin firing from the new front line, covering another advance."
Ryan then turned his focus to the town itself. "Now, we already have people in the town, and these should be put to use as well. While I doubt that we have anything akin to charges that we could use with effectiveness, or that if we did we could get these charges to our people in time, we can have them provide backup too. Barrages of kido, if possible, and other attacks within the enemy lines. If necessary, we can have some of them dig tunnels to our position so that we may come up in the middle of enemy lines in a surprise assault. Also, with the gates of the noble families, we should be able to achieve a similar effect by sending troops through those."
Ryan looked up from his display, over toward the Head Captain. "It's different than what I could normally do with human weaponry, but it should have roughly the same effect. What do you think, sir?"
(( I would assume new Espada, such as Marisarin (my arrancar character), are not in the data we have. If they are, then I'll correct it. ))

"AROOOO!" An alarm sounded. "AROOOOO!" The alarm continued to blare. A Hell Butterfly fluttered in and landed on Bull's shoulder. It whispered to him. "s**t..." Bull said as it fluttered away. "I have just been told that Hollows have entered Soul Society." The alarm continued to go off. "I must assemble my teams." Bullene said as he began to leave the Sandtable. "I'll keep in touch." He disappeared from the room. The alarm still sounded. Squad 7 Captain Bullene Katsurou

"Eugh..."
Ryan had been pulling out one of the portable typewriters when the alarm had begun to sound. Walking back to the holographic display, he realized that he'd put up the troop positions well enough, but he hadn't quite set the plan into motion. "A trench raid. Just what we needed." Going to the next screen over, he was able to call up, fairly quickly this time, a display of who was currently at the Gate to Earth.
"Oh, god be damned." Ryan looked over at Daven, awaiting further instructions.

"Ryan, you have pretty much correctly divined my intention, although tunnels will not be necessary. I want the Zaigou to come out blasting, creating enough of a pause in whatever combat is occurring to allow the three squads coming behind them to get a majority of their members out and into the battle. Then the Zaigou retreat back here, I have other plans for them. "From there, it's foot slogging to the Hospital. You can tell that it is pretty much equal distance to the target area. But the reason I don't want one shinigami getting ahead to the hospital is that if this is where the hollows are coming in at, there is going to be a HUGE concentration there and the shinigami will probably die, no matter who they are. "First Squad and I are going to try a flanking maneuver with the Moto family gate. That gate empties out near the Urahara shop, and since that is going to be the target we need to attain to get a back door into Hueco Mundo, it will be convenient. I'm only taking a few people with me, a small strike group." Daven stopped as the alarms started going off. "Damnit." He turned to the guards and yelled "Defend this area with your lives. I hope they don't get this far, but you can't be sure." Daven turned back to Ryan. "This is my strategy, either the huge hard strike works to get us to Hueco Mundo, or the strike group will. Either way, we are committed now. I'll leave you here to run the actual tactics from here while I go get my squad ready."

(( Retconned Ryan's leaving. Also, I'm assuming we've got some form of private communications. ))
Ryan nodded. "All right, sir. I'll get a direct line to the main group and explain the nuances of the strategy to them, though I may end up going out myself if I feel that I'm needed for battlefield strategy, or simply as backup."
Turning back to the board, he sighed. Time to figure this out on my own. He pulled up the tactical display and then saw an icon marked with what looked like some sort of telephone, with the word "Contact" below it. He touched it and it brought up a list of people - all of them seemed to be group leaders in the operation. Noticing Yamoto's name there, he touched it and waited for Yamoto to answer. He needed a status report quickly.

Ignoring the sound of an alarm, Nagi bolted past the others in his haste to speak to Ryan. He knew that things would be hectic the moment he set foot here but he didn't car. His division needed to take part in this and so did he. Even though he had numerous people tell him that it wasn't his fault, Nagi still put himself to blame. There were only two people in the world who knew why he was always like this. Unfortunately, she was no longer there. The more Nagi thought about it, the more eager he became.
"Ryan?" Nagi asked while striding into the room. Though his feet had slowed down, his heart was still racing in his chest. "I'm sorry it took me so long..."
He then paused for a moment, staring in awe at the contraption he was using. Wondering what it was and what it did, Nagi stood in silence, waiting for a response. He was patient, knowing that Ryan was busy at the moment. A part of him felt kind of bad for interrupting so he didn't mind waiting at all.

Ryan finished giving his orders to Yamoto and then hung up, looking up as he heard Nagi speak. "Captain, sir," he said, looking in Nagi's eyes for a second. He probably read the note. That means he probably knows now. He hoped the invisible message passed: don't mention it, Captain. Keep it under wraps for now.
Turning back to the board, Ryan drew two lines across it. One line, black, fell just in front of the handicraft shop. The red line fell just past the Matsukara Hospital. "You don't need to apologize about taking so long - I was just giving Lieutenant Yamoto his orders. Now I need to get in contact with Captain Evil for her orders..."
Ryan gestured for Nagi to come over to the holotable. "Don't just stare - it's a strategic map of Karakura Town. Our forces are in green, while our enemies are in red. The Black Line is our initial target front line, and the Red Line is our final objective. Any suggestions, sir?"

Nagi smiled as he glanced over at the map. Now that he was certain of what it did, his blue eyes darted all around as he went deep into thought. At first, he was looking for any plans for his own squad. He had promised them that they could join the battle since they all wanted to so badly.
As much as he loved strategy, his mind wasn't working for him so well. Though he managed to finally get some sleep, his mind was still elsewhere. Now that he was now in the presence of Ryan, and alone, he began to wonder if he should ask about it. Surely if Ryan had written such a thing to him, then he'd want him to know. Right? Nagi honestly couldn't figure out why he was feeling so hesitant about it.
"I need to know..." Nagi said, trying to get down to the business at hand. He decided to just ask later. "What will fifth division do?"
He then paused for a moment, not wanting to fall into his own personal desires but perhaps this would be his only chance to know.
"And do you know who they sending to Las Noches?" he asked quietly.

(( Note: Edited this post rather than make a new one. ))
Ryan looked over the tactical display, trying to figure things out. "If Lieutenant Suri is not with the advance group at the Tsurugi mansion, I think it would be best to send her to Evil's front. Possibly as not only a part of the main group, but as a reserve barrage in case Evil is injured." Ryan pointed to the outskirts, where Iu's group had started - it appeared that Iu and Asuma had since broken off, and he'd been informed that Xeion had been placed in command. "In fact, your division might be best if we split them between Iu's and Yamoto's groups. We might be able to provide a bit more of a barrage if we throw kido into the mix, though I'm loathe to do that with the strain that kido can put on the user."
Ryan let out a large breath. "As for the group going to Las Noches...I have no idea. The Head Captain didn't tell me anything about that, so I assume that it's either already set and will be sent as soon as we gain the Red Line, or it will be set when we gain the Red Line and begin our mop up operations." Looking back at Nagi, he nodded. "I have a feeling that the Head Captain has not set it yet, or he would have told me beforehand so I could incorporate it into my strategy. I assume, though, that it will involve no shinigami below Lieutenant rank, and the Zaigou will likely be present."
Noticing a red spot appear at the outskirts, Ryan cursed. "s**t. Arrancar - powerful ones too. And just as we were making advances...god damn, god damn. We need reinforcements now, what the hell did we leave back at the start points?" Ryan checked the display. Two very powerful arrancar had appeared at the hospital, and two more, also high in the rankings, had appeared at Yamoto's front, which his group appeared to be vacating. And then one last one, which appeared more powerful than any other single arrancar, had appeared by Iu's front, which..."...which has been left in the command of Xeion Kuchiki. How the ******** can Xeion take on something that big? We need to get a captain there and we need to get them there now."
Ryan surveyed the board, looking at what he had available - specifically, captains. Onalim's and Yuki's names were in red - that already knocked the list down to eleven. He then crossed off Nagi and himself - Ryan would prefer to leave himself and Nagi in reserve, as it was strategically sound. Bullene was defending Soul Society - out of the question. Daven...last resort only. He's doing something of his own. Rhia wasn't on his strategic board - she appeared to have broken off from Yamoto's group. And Tansen...
...Tansen had broken off as well. He was at the hospital, where two of the arrancar were. No use getting him. Iu was also headed toward the hospital. Fefnir and Maxi had stayed behind too, come to think of it - he was down to one captain available. Evil. Not many lieutenants he'd want out there either - Asuma was headed toward the hospital, and so was Ogato. Wait. Ogato. Quickly, Ryan dictated a hell butterfly be sent to Ogato. "Change of plans. Get to the Karakura Outskirts now and back up Lieutenant Kuchiki," was the message Ryan put.
Ryan looked at Nagi, his face tight. "Here's where we put the fighting skills to the test...I've done almost all I can do, now it's up to the soldiers on the battlefield to carry this out." Ryan looked back at the boards. "This is it...let's hope we get D-Day rather than Dieppe."
