"Vorel isn't to picky with food, it would seem so long as its freezable he will love it." Ligeia said with a little smile. It was a strange habit his dragon had but so long as he ate well the owl didn't mind it, "I sometimes carry a bag with treats in it for him to freeze and eat if we are going to be in a class that he will find no interest in." Long classes with more talking then action tended to bore the Frost dragon.
"I used to wish that Vorel would learn some English if only to show he was smart but now I don't mind as much, I can understand and talk to him so that is all that matters."
Ligeia looked over at the girl and looked thoughtful, s'mores?
"Ligeia, can one freeze s'mores? Or fire only?" He asked of his owl who was the smartest person he knew.
"Hmmm... I don't see why not." He murmured. They wouldn't be quite the same, wouldn't be all warm and gooey with nice melty chocolate but they would surely still taste good frozen or not.

Ala laughed. "Maybe I should start bringing treats for Bob. He hates classes, well except for the dragon classes, cuz he actually gets to do stuff in them. But all the other ones are just talking and he hates those. Mainly cuz he doesn't get to talk..." She grinned at the brass, who snorted.
"Well, why not? They ask questions, but get mad when I answer. They shouldn't ask the question then." The dragon retorted. "Silly classes are so boring..." He commented to the frost, glad to know someone was in agreement with him.

Ligeia couldn't help but smile and laugh a bit at that, imagine a dragon that tried to answer the questions that the teacher asked of the kids? "Wish I could have been in one of those classes, that would have been fun to see." He laughed.
Vorel gave a nod at what the brass was saying, he was completely right in that. There weren't many good classes, most of them stuff that Ligeia liked which was the only reason he attended and tried to stay awake.
"Dragon man has the best classes." Vorel said in a biased manner, after all there were games to play that he could participate in. What could be better then that?

Chuckling, Ala shook her head slowly at her dragon's attitude. "He wasn't happy when he found out he's not supposed to talk..." She glanced over at the dragon for a moment. "Of course, that's his favorite activity..." The dragon teacher hadn't been joking back when she'd taken that class about brass dragons...
Bob was in complete agreement with Vorel. "Yes. I can't wait until our next one! The other teachers should learn from him and hold better classes."

Ligeia gave a little laugh, "Talkative sort, huh?" He couldn't help but grin over that, he wondered how Vorel would be if he could learn English, "Somehow I think if he knew English he would be flirting with all the girls he could find. At least he stopped chasing them and trying to tackle them like when he was little."
Vorel tilted his head to the side, "Yeah, I want another class too!" He'd had three so far, the freezing class, the hide and seek class, and the wrestling with leviathans class. They were all fun! He wanted to do more, "Baroness, my partner's brother's dragoness looks forward to class when she is old enough, wants a battle class with her rival."

"Very talkative..." Ala added, grinning as well. "I dunno if Bob thinks much about girls or boys... He just likes it if they let him talk..." God her dragon could get annoying sometimes. With a bit of a sigh, the girl wandered back towards the edge of the building and sat again. "Sometimes I wish I could skip some of my classes... some of the teachers are mean..."
Bob grinned and swished his tail. "Her rival?" The brass tried to think if he'd met this Baroness, but decided he must not have. He hadn't met that many dragons, really. It was kind of boring. But a lot of the little kids liked him.

Geia joined Ala in sitting on the railing once more, enjoying the scenery and the nice breeze they got up here, "There are some classes I'd of rather skipped myself, I wasn't really all that good in my Melee classes. Passable at least." He flushed a bit, "Magic is more my thing."
Vorel nodded, "My partner used to date a newt. The newt's dragon Keir, hes a Black dragon is her rival. She and him got into a tussle over bread. Hated each other since." He didn't understand from the tone of his voice as he explained how rivalry and anger could spawn up from mere bread. He must have missed something...

Ala chuckled. "Same here. I'm no good at melee, really. But I'm not very good at magic either..." She gave a sigh. "My sister says I'm actually fairly good at melee... but all the teachers I had said otherwise... I don't really like them."
"A black?" The brass thought for a moment and seemed to recall there being a black dragon in a class or two. He wasn't sure if that was the same black, as he couldn't remember the kid. He'd probably slept most of the class because the teacher wouldn't let him talk... "Over bread? Why bread? Meat is much better!"

"What sort of magic do you do? I may be able to help you out if its something similar to mine." He offered, listening to what she was saying he felt as if they were in a similar boat. He was pretty bad at his melee so he'd put all of his time and energy into what he was good at.
Vorel gave a nod of his head, "Not sure... knowing Baroness it was bread because bread was there. She will fight with anyone over anything." He said with a bit of a laugh, "Keir seemed of a similar mind set." So putting the pair together had turned out badly...

The koala teen shrugged. "I dunno... I've never really practiced much on my own... and none of my classes have done any practical sort of stuff. They just all talk about it." The girl was not exactly motivated to try stuff out of class unless threatened.
Bob snorted. "That's just silly. Talking is a lot better than fighting!"

Ligeia looked a little surprised, "Really? I guess I have been to a lot of magic lectures more then I have been to classes that taught the use of the skill." He said, then held a hand up and concentrated. A moment later he called up a shard of ice, "This is what I learned from Mr Barkhelm, he was the only teacher I met that showed the actual use of spells."
Vorel gave a nod of agreement, "Some are just who like to fight I guess" Even if he thought it was a bit strange there were just some that enjoyed it as his boy enjoyed magic and flying.

"Wow!" Ala stared at the ice crystal. "Hmm... I've never had him... maybe I'll get into one of his classes soon. It'd be neat if I could do stuff like that." A lot better than having people just talk over and over again...
The brass pondered on that for a moment. "I guess... but fighting means you get hurt... 'La got hurt in her fighting classes... the teachers in them were very mean." If Bob ever saw Lilly again, he'd bite her head off.

Ligeia wrapped his hand around the ice crystal and then let it fall from his hand down to the ground below, "He isn't the most friendly but he is the one to go to if you want to learn how to cast spells." He gave a little grin, "Just don't tell Miss Raven that you had a class with him, that was a mistake on my part."
Vorel's eyes turned to stare at his boy for a long moment before he said, "Sometimes... is nessasary. My boy tried once to talk to someone, to convince them with words. Aullol only wanted to hurt people, sje hurt my boy." He told his friend then shook his head, as if not wanting to recall that moment, "I'd rather not fight, but to protect my boy I will."

"Oh? What'd she do?" Ala had had a class with Raven before and had a feeling that the woman wouldn't take kindly to her students learning from others. That woman was scary.
The brass looked at Vorel for a long moment. "True. I remember Auloll... but she was one that would fight just to fight. When dealing with someone like that, fighting is your only option. They don't listen."

Ligeia gave a little wince, "She didn't seem happy at all that I could do such a spell at my age and I was much younger then too." He said, "I just hope she didn't go and yell at Mr Barkhelm since it would have been my fault she found out."
He still felt and sounded a bit guilty for being the one that spilled the beans but he hadn't known it would be a bad thing.
The Frost gave a shrug, "She is gone now. I'm glad." His boy was safe and there wasn't any threat of her coming back from what she'd said that day. She had made it abundantly clear that she wouldn't be coming back.
