Try getting a p2p program such as DC++ or Soulseek, or just look for some folk and viking metal on Metal-Archives and download some samples or songs from the bands official site.

Dramzen Aside from Power metal, Folk is my favourite sub-genre. Some of my favourite folk metal bands are: Elvenking(power/folk, w00t), Ensiferum, Kaliban, Hollenthon, Finntroll, Korpiklaani, Suidakra, Skyclad.... I'm going to stop now.... xp Some, if not all of the ones listed aren't fully folk, but meh. As for viking, I like Einherjer. Dude I ******** love Skyclad.

PimpGundam Does anyone like Subway To Sally? They are a german folk metal band, if you have not heard them, check them out. 3nodding I have. They're just incredible. Ah, Folk metal, my favorite genre. Schandmaul, Ilbeltz, Ashtar, Tyr, Korpiklaani. My all-time favorites, over all the rest of the folk bands, right there.
