Kiara "Whoof'd" from the force of the Venna's attack. She took a moment to catch her breath.
"Kara?" Lauren called anxiously. In response, Kiara merely huffed and pounced at the vulpix, her fangs criss-crossed with static. ((Thunder Fang))

It was all over so quickly. Venna had attempted to get out of the way but Kiara still hit her head on. Having hardly enough energy to even endure the attack, Venna slumped to the ground.
Jenette saw Venna faint and she groaned. Hurrying to the field after the offcials turned off the electricity, she scooped up her precious pokemon. Cooing to her she held her close. "Good job." She said with a small smile to her opponent's pokemon. Locking gazes with the trainer she smiled and nodded. "Maybe we can battle again sometime." Her voice was mellow as she craddled her fainted pokemon.

Shy of people, Lauren came down from the trainers' stand slowly. She went up to her luxio and fed her a peacha berry, and sprayed a bit of burn-heal on her paws. Without meeting Jenette's gaze she stepped toward her. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out another peacha berry and held it out to the other trainer. "Gu'job. Fawht hard."

Jenette smiled again and took the peacha berry. "Thanks a lot! You fought hard too." She said quietly, not bothered much by how she spoke. "I should go and hurry to the pokemon center..." Turning she waved to the trainer and hurried out of the stadium.
