I have to cast my vote with the 360...
I once was ashamed of this fact, however there are many things that have changed my mind.. I used to be an old school only girl .. and I branched out into the land of the wii... and where the wii is fun, and has some good titles to it, I think it is basically a group gaming system... alot of the games being released are group oriented. However there are great single titles IE: any of the my sims games, chocobo dungeon, the tales of... I think that covers it.
All in all the wii is being more geared towards families and group situations.
the reasons I cast my votes for 360 is because of the sales of the ps3, anything that WAS exclusive is now being released on the 360 as well, also a lot of the single player wii games are being released on the 360 either as downloadable or buyable content. Based on individual game sales for the wii.
Now that being aside there are SOOOOO many amazing titles for the 360, those including but not limited to : lost odyssey, blue dragon, eternal sonata, tales of vesperia, Bayonetta, final fantasy 11, oblivion, fable 2 ( all rpgs) silent hill, dead space, bioshock, Left 4 dead, halo 3, gears of war, fallout 3 and mass effect( also resident evil!!) for fps/survival horrors
for music games take your pick.. we got lips rockband one and two.. guitar heroes coming out the ears.
so many action adventure games... and if you want good reviews of to see if these games are worth it at all check out this website for gamer reviews, and user votes... http://www.xbox360achievements.org/
Also as a cool feature you have a messaging system where you can add friends from WORLD WIDE and speak with them real time, play games with them, and send them messages like an instant messenger.
As well as a cooler avatar creation system.
You can also get your 360 to blog for you.. which is mildly humorous, it keeps track of your gaming likes and dislikes and creates compatability with other players. this is my 360 blog

I like the Wii. The VC lets me relive playing all the old skool games from the genesis and super nintendo days. heart
Then again, I've always been biased towards nintendo.
