Eh? Guess we'll hunt on the go trip to. Slinking into a dense forested part not too far away he perked his ears for sounds of any prey. Catching the sounds of scrabbling coming from under a leaf he stalked towards it before pouncing. Gotcha! Burying the mouse he continued on, probably more focused on feeding the clan than impressing the other, but you never know, it could be at the back of his mind hiding.

Emeraldvapor smiled as Horizonwing pounced some prey. They had been out for a a few moments and already prey was practically leaping into their outstreched paws. The clan would be stufed after this hunting trip was through. More than stuffed.

((-Finally noticed how much she fails.- >_o))
Horizonwing blinked and smiled as well, at this rate they'd suck the forest dry of prey... He purred, "soooo..." After a long pause he shut his mouth, not able to think of anything to say or ask, "uhhh... sooo.. how are you?" Oh wow, I'm sure good at starting conversations... He flattened his ears a bit.

Emeraldvapor gave him a look. That was random. She thought to herself. "Umm... Fine, how about you?" She replied with a shrug. That was an interesting attempt at a conversation. She sat down and watched him.

"Good, how's the prey run-?" He turned away and slapped his forehead. He turned back towards her, "I should stop, shouldn't I?" The tip of his tail twitched at him, as if chastening him for all his fail.

Emeraldvapor giggled. They were in the same forest. "Yeah, you should stop before all the prey in the forest die laughing at you." She joked playfully while pointing her tail at a mouse that she had killed. "The poor one didn't survive laughing at you."

Horizonwing pouted, "he had heart failure and you know it." He poked the dead mouse, "see? He's perfectly alive! Now watch him run away!" Getting between the mouse and her he whistled as he buried it behind his back, before getting out of the way once finished. "See? Not a trace of him left! Ran like a fox."

Emeraldvapor flicked his nose with her tail. "I would believe you when you say he ran away but... If he ran away why's tail sticking out of the ground?" She reached down and pulled out the mouse turning her head back she threw it at Horizonwing's head. "He wants revenge~" She chimed.
"Those cats are all loopy in the head." Lunar said watching the two cats argue about a dead mouse.

"Zombie mouse!" Horizonwing ducked and covered his head with his paws as if the kill was a grenade. He blinked as he looked towards the mouse seeing as nothing had happened, "aw, now look what you did, you killed him, for good!" He got onto all fours and wagged his butt like a kit, before pouncing her. "And now this is my revenge!!! RAWR."
Sunset nodded in agreement.

Emeraldvapor wiggled under him. "Let me off you big lump~" She protested and looked behind him. "Oh no, zombie mouse! It's going to get you, Horizonwing!" She exclaimed wanting to dsitract him into getting off her. He wasn't really heavy. Just really dorky.

Horizonwing nipped her ear and got off, "zombie mouse is trying to rest in peace, course he isn't trying to get meh~!" He flicked his tail and smiled, "well, we should probably continue on forward to Sunning rocks," then he added teasingly, "if you continue to delay us any longer it'll be a moon before we can get there!"

Emeraldvapor shook her fur and walked ahead and called back, "You shouldn't be talking." With a flick of her tail she started running ahead of him. Her brown and green pelt blended in with the trees so she had an advantage hunting here in the shelter of them all.
Emeraldvapor stopped all of a sudden and sniffed the air. It was thick with the scent of badger and it was fresh. Very fresh.

Horizonwing dashed after her, stopping dead in his tracks as well smelling the same scent. "We should go back and inform the leaders about it," he whispered to her, as if the badger was already lurking towards them. He had a feeling the badger could track them or the camp better than they could track it. We'd also better cover our own scent trails...

Emeraldvapor thought over that idea. But couldn't the badger just follow our scent trail back to camp? And, we don't have time to cover our trail! Emeraldvapor was about to respond to Horizonwing, but out of the corner of her eye she saw a black and white shape looming towards them steadily. Her eyes widened in disbelief as the biggest badger, no, creature approached them.

Horizonwing froze as he stared at the... thing. "Emeraldvapor," he whispered to her, "I'll distract it, you go back to camp and warn everyone, and etcetera." He quickly flashed his eyes around till he spotted a fairly tall tree.
