She blinked a little at his expression, but said nothing as she followed him. A smile was on her face at the sound of the creek gurgling and she called back to it. It was undeniable that Undine was in tune with water. She simply loved it.

Scorch looked happy, soon they would be there and he could get his book back. He turned his head back to Undine with a smile to say, "Where nearly Her - ERRREEE!" The quilava had not been watching where he was going and slipped down off a small ledge on to a mud bed below. A dull thud was greeted him knocking the wind out of him some what. He laid there for a moment before getting up now covered in mud.
"Oi.... slippery..." Was all he said as he attempted to get the mud off his face.

She couldn't help it, she laughed, her hand covering her mouth. The look on his face had been so comical. Shaking her head, she hurried over to him. "Are you okay?" she asked, peering up at him. "Here, come over to the water." The mud had been at the edge of the creek bed and she led him that way, digging her towel out of the bag to wet it and wipe the mud off his face.

Scorch allowed her to wipe his face. 'She is a very kind girl indeed', he thought to himself. A playful grin happened upon his face as he splashed some water onto her.
"Haha, looks like fire types can use water attacks" he said jokingly. The splash wasnt much, he was only playing with her.

She had to stand on her tip toes to do it, but gently she wiped the mud away. "There, much better," she murmured. When he splashed the water at her, she gasped, a little surprised. "Hey! You could have waited until I was out of my clothes before you made your weak attack!" she teased, darting away.

"Hey! For a fire pokemon I think its pretty powerful" He said with a fake proudness in his voice. He strode deeper into the creek taking off his shirt and throwing it on the mud bed. The water wasnt that deep only going up to his waist but he bet if they followed it down stream a bigger body of water.
"Come in the water and I'll show you my surf, " He joked.

She started to laugh. "I thought you didn't swim?" she asked, moving to step out of her pants and pull her shirt over her head, revealing a small bikini showing off her slender body. Once she had folded her clothes and set them on her bag, she slipped into the creek, wading out to him.

Scorch laughed as he waited for her, "If you call standing in water swimming," He splashed, lightly, more water on her before starting to wade his way down stream. He was not quick in the water by any means at all.
" I bet if we follow this we will come upon deeper waters, " His tone more serious. The book now was but a faded memory, he was having fun.

She rolled her eyes at him, using her fin shaped tail to splash him back as she followed him. She was even more relaxed in the water, a content expression on her face.

Scorch felt water hit him and he smirked. The red head ducked down and got his whole head under rising back up with dripping wet water that covered his eyes.
"How do I look?" He joked following after. She was quick in her element, he was not.

She snorted, looking back at him. Pausing, she moved close to brush his bangs from his eyes. "Cute," she said, rolling her eyes, but there was a smile on her face. Twirling, she returned to making her way down the creek, tail swishing.

Scorch felt him self blush and knew it was probably beyond obvious that he was. He waded after her when his senses caught up with him so as not to be left behind. The shyness he had before kicking in, only this time it was something different.

If Undine noticed, she didn't mention it. "I think we're almost there, the current's picking up," she said excitedly, hurrying.

Scorch shook his head returning back to earth and followed after Undine as fast as he could, which, wasnt very fast at all.
" How do you water types jet threw water?? " He joked chasing after her.
