Perfect. The set up had worked perfectly. The dragon was ocne again another distraction to move his opponent into the desired direction. When the dragon missed, it began to climb in altitude, serving its conenction with Yo-ko. This meant it had about a minute to keep in form before it detonated, a power normally used once it had reached its target. Maybe it was still aimed for it.
A Powerful Ki Ball was launched quickly at Yo-ko, although he still had some time to react. His initial thoughts went to his huge list of techniques and moves he could possibley do from here. Yet before he even went down the lists, he knew his plan was going to work. It was actually quite intricite. Yet it looked like he had waited too long. the ki ball was going to blast him into.....
He was gone. Vanished. Dissapeared. Until Yo-ko dissapeared behiend Kenta with fists of Purple fire. This fire was unfortunatly not the purely lethal darkfire. This was What Yo-ko called the Mortal flame, a mix of blackifre and lightning energy. The lightning energy was to allow Yo-kos fists to be launched much faster then any normal punch. The energy helped so much that he could do a 60 punch series in about 2 seconds. This attack Yo-ko called fists of the mrotal flame; a little benifit from darkfire, a little benifit from lightning, and a little benifit from Yo-ko's own speed and strength. The punch series was aimed for all over Kenta's Back, thought centering in and focusing on the spine area. More damage was done here, making the red kitsune's work more effective and efficeint. Also, he was even more viscious with his combo.
Before landing on the pillar kenta was on, Yo-ko spun while shifting his hips into a side kick with his left leg aimed for the lower back of Kenta. This attack would get a bodly reaction of whiplash in the neck. The just as he lands, he reaches down and grabs a Kunai from his holster and thrusts upward with it, aiming for Kenta's Kidney. How did this happen?
Earlier in the fight, Kenta had grabbed on to Yo-ko in an attempt to suplex him. Yo-ko had previously tried to spin side kick him, yet deliberatly slowed down the spin to let up his guard for his super strong opponent to try and grab his exposed back. The whole reason that exchange was done was so Yo-ko could do his favorite trick. The shadow seal trick, other wise known as body flicker. What happened was when Yo-ko had touched kenta, he had layed a seal on him called the "shadow seal" though it was more of a spiritual finger print. This seal could not be removed by any conventional means and due to Yo-kos masters of sealing, made it so only he could remove it. Him or time. Due to the complexity of the seal, it had a life attatched to it of a Half hour ((30 posts)) until the seal would need to be re established. But this was the only hard part.
Once the seal was layed, Yo-ko could clicker into His opponents shadow at will for that 30 minutes. When Yo-ko had doen it here, he had appeared out of the side of the adjacent pillar. Using his kitsune speed, agility, and dexterity, he jumped off at his opponent. Thankfully, his opponents back was turn. This move was still a favorable mystery...

That was fast. Very fast. Too fast for Kenta to do anything about the corresponding attack. Whether Yo-ko had teleported or not could not be assessed before Kenta felt a sharp punch for the center of his back. Fortunately, this barrage of attacks was about as fast as something his father, his aunt, his uncles, or even User could deliver. That meant that although the series of punches hurt quite a bit, they weren't phenomenal for him.
Gritting his teeth, the kitsune knew he couldn't turn around without subjecting his entire body to the assault so he answered Yo-ko once again with a Shockwave. His power had been steadily rising for some time now and he had more than enough energy to release the dome of explosive energy at a moment's notice and he chose the moment he realized Yo-ko might keep hitting him; about 10 punches in.
He was feeling a bit light headed, but his body went through the motions anyway. Whether Yo-ko let the barrier slam into him or avoided it, he would have to take his distance. Kenta took the time immediately afterward to catch his breath. He had no choice but to go down on his right knee, back still exposed unfortunately, slamming his fist into the kachine floor. With a flare of power he was reinforcing his body for the duration of the fight while also venting off a bit of rage. He had been careless.

(( you forgot my Kunai attack. defend or hit...))
The red foxes kitsune eye once again saw the spike in energy through his opponents energy system. It gave him a moments notice before the all to furmiliar wave of energy that Kenta released. This one however seemed stronger. He knew once again he would have to have some distance. Or, so Kenta thought. The wave colided with Yo-ko's fists and pushed him back for about 35 punches until Yo-ko continued on his way.
Using the body flicker once again, he had gotten on the inside of the wave and back on kenta's back. He still had about 15 punches with the electic-burning power of his fists to conect. This last 15 however where aimed for the cervical spine and the back of the head. To finish, with his final punch, Yo-ko raised his right hand above him and lowered it into a hammer fist for the top of Kenta's head hoping for a knock out.
After the flurry, he had his finish plan already planned out. It was time...

Ha! Kenta had exactly what he needed in but that single moment. Yo-ko seemed to have continued his assault or something, but the way Kenta saw it, if he could teleport once, he'd do it again.
Predictable.
He spun around to his right, left fist brimming with energy still. Yo-ko might have the ability to see everything around him all at once, but he still had limits. By deciding to teleport again, as well as continue with his attack, he wouldn't have enough time to avoid the spiraling ball of energy aimed directly into his gut, under his punches.
With grunted effort, using his right arm as a guard, Kenta had thrust his left arm out as his Rasengan attack tried to barrel through Yo-ko's abdomen. But Kenta was no fool. Rasengan was too powerful an attack to simply injure. It would drill through Yo-ko and tear up his entire mid section as it burst through his back. The only way he could execute this attack was if he intended to exercise restraint.
His form of restraint was in the form of a kiai directed straight for Yo-ko's head. Together, the Rasengan would go so far as to potentially rupture a few ribs while the kiai would send Yo-ko flying back, which might stun him, but more important would save him from a fatal end.
The entire attack was done with precision. Kenta had measured the speed at which Yo-ko had teleported the first time. The Shockwave was used in order to give him enough time to turn around without allowing Yo-ko the luxury of altering his intended point of return. Because of the properties of teleportation, by the time Yo-ko realized what was happening, it would be too late, no matter how quick his eyes could observe his environment. The Rasengan was as close to inevitable as it could be.

(( yeah, it was after. the Kiai is a virbal release of energy. how can it do damage?))
Predictable was right. Allowing the illusion of commitment gave you many advantages. Yo-ko, in telaporting knew that Kenta would home in on his location and where his telaport point was. If he had a little bit more practice with it, he could find a way to send an attack through it. Unfortunatly, the tourney had come to quickly. Yet, he too had his plan. His opponent had fallen into step one. He had forgotten that Yo-ko could sense the spike in enegy. Not just the spike, the very flow of it. He knew what his attack was before it even formed.
With his right hand already comming down for the hammer strike, his hand opens causing the mortal flame energy to dissipated. in its place, tha all too furmiliar blackfire appeared in his palm. However, this flame began to spin in into an orb in his hand: his own Rasengan. This was his demonic form of it, the blackfire rasengan. It had the exact same properties of all the other blackfire attack Yo-ko had, as well as the properties of the rasengan making it a virsital and lethal attack. However, this attack was not meant to kill....for now.
His rasengan met kenta's rasengan, creating a lock of technique. Whoever had the better ability would win it. However, Yo-ko had planned for this moment too. Just as they two hit, his Dragon came down at nearly Mach 2 speed with its mouth open ready to Incinerate Kenta again. Well, everything except his arm because it was outstretched. It would get cut at the elbow. His only optiopn, except death, was to move in Yo-ko's desired direction. Step 2.........

He was prepared for this. Kenta wasn't entirely sure what Yo-ko was doing because he was not so disrespectful as to read minds, but he had gathered by now that his fellow kitsune was able to at least see and mimic the flow of energy to some degree. That in mind, the incoming right hand, now glowing with a dark version of his Rasengan was paused with a simple grasp. His right arm, meant to block the barrage of punches, was still up and he used it to his advantage. His right hand gripped Yo-ko around the wrist and Kenta decided if he had to risk exposure to that flame like thing harming him, it was one worth taking.
Jerking Yo-ko's arm down to his waist as he rose up, something interesting happened almost at the same time. The ring was mutating around them, a large dome about seven feet in diameter was closing on top of them. Kenta recognized kachine and knew that it would likely be able to withstand the impact of whatever Yo-ko had up his sleeve, so it seemed like a good idea to telekinetically reconstruct it. That was just to bring the fight back between one man's fists and the others with the added bonus of protecting him from the dragon attack he knew was still stalking him in the background.
Yo-ko would find it hard to wrench his arm free from Kenta's grip, so when his arm was pulled, Kenta moved in behind him and continued thrusting his Rasengan, this time straight for Yo-ko's eyes. He might be able to guard with his right arm, but it would be scoured away viciously. He could teleport, but then he'd have to come back inside the hollow kachine dome to continue the fight. There was any number of things he could do actually, but he'd have to do so within those seven feet if he wanted anything to happen.

(( oh. ok. i do martial arts, so i was furmiliar with the rl version of kiai. alot of my moves come from that rl training. that you for clearing it up. it will be useful in the future. good post btw))
Yo-ko had not expected this type of outcome, but his result was all the same. Step 2 was going to be initiated. He could fight close quaters. It made all his moves even more effective and deadly. He had an idea that Kenta thought that he could win in the hand-to-hand game. The dredlocked kitsune smirked cause he knew he was sorely mistaken.
Yo-ko felt his arm being wrenched away to position his body, primarily his face, for his opponents rasengan. Yo-ko had a few options, but all could lead to his desired calculated outcome. Some involved more risk, yet some where more efficient. Yo-ko tended to take those alot more. However, this time he needed a little risk. Letting his body follow, Yo-ko moved and dropped his knee of the arm that was being wrenched. using his faster eye sight of the kitsune eye, he had timmed his head movement to where the least amount of damage could be done. the Rasengan came danerously close to the back of his head as he had put it close to the hip of kenta. This though, yet Yo-ko begin the application of stage 2.
His darkfire rasengan, being in close proximity with Kenta, most likely caused severe burning near the stomach area. However, once the rasengan missed, Yo-ko let go of that move. He need his energy for another reason. reaching up with the none grabbed arm, Yo-ko grabbed the shirt of Kenta. what was he about to do?
What Yo-ko understood was what few where even exposed to: the duality of a grab. A grab is a great advantage to the grabber, however it was also an advantage for an experienced combatant. If someone grabs, not only do they know where you are, you know where they are. Connection works both ways.
pushing up slighly with his legs, the red kitsune got his hips under the silver kitsune's as he lifted himself slightly. using the grabbed arm, yo-ko pressed up to bind kenta's right arm at a 90 degree angle. stepping through, Yo-ko tryed to perform the great over the shoulder throw. his positioning was right, so if the through worked, Kenta would land right at his knees where he could continue the battle. Yo-ko was just as if not more conditioned to a ground battle. However to Yo-ko's concern, the damage was already done....

Yo-ko had ducked, which officially made any attempt to blind him pointless. He wouldn't provide another obvious opening so recklessly again. It was a bit irritating to know that for all his effort he couldn't keep up with Yo-ko's enhanced perception, but it was the dread-locked kitsune's own body that betrayed him.
Kenta realized he was going to miss and canceled out the Rasengan thereafter, his own right hand throbbing with heat once he noticed Yo-ko had done the same. That damn flame thing was no joke, but Kenta maintained his grip all the same. It was this that gave him a slight advantage in what happened next.
Kenta resisted with all his force against Yo-ko's attempt to bend his right arm, allowing him to try and pull off the shoulder grab with great difficulty as his arm barely budged moment to moment. He had in mind to throw Kenta by getting beneath him, but Kenta had allowed it only up until that point.
Allowing Yo-ko to get beneath him, Kenta proceeded to wrap his left arm around Yo-ko's neck, which he wouldn't be able to see coming with Kenta behind/above him. Even if he could, he had occupied his left hand with Kenta's shirt and wouldn't have enough time to block. Furthermore, Kenta secured his left arm on his right bicep and then released his adversary's wrist and tightened the choke hold.
Though technical, the time duration for such a simple grab was short compared to an over the shoulder throw. That didn't change the fact that Kenta might still be tossed, so he forced himself and Yo-ko backwards via flight control so that the demon eyed kitsune would have no foundation for a successful throw and wind up in a position that put him at Kenta's mercy.

The rear naked choke. Had Yo-ko not been drilled for this move so many times he might have been caught. The hold was certainly tight enough. However, Yo-ko's knowledge of anatomy, phisiology, and kyoshu-jutsu (pressure points) was what allowed him to escape the very lethal and tight hold.
What made the rear naked choke work was the stopping of the blood flow on the carridid arteries with the forarm and bysep. Therfore the perssure being applied to the arteries is thus the weak point in the hold. So to stop the hold, one had to remove the pressure. Easly said then done unless one knew how to do it. The ability for the opponents head to move gave the opponet an ample advantage. Thankfully, Kenta had forgotten to put the legs, dubed the "meat hooks" givign Yo-ko the advantage of moving to the dreadlocked kitsune. Even if his silver opponent had put it in, all it would mean was a broken achilies tendon for him. He had his ways.
Yo-ko was happy once again for the duality of a grab. Using his right hand, he dug his fingers into the radial nerve ( in the crock of the elbow) and his left hand at the point of the wrist (where you check you pulse on the wrist). As he felt his opponent shift his weight backwards, Yo-ko shifts in and rolls to his right, peeling the lock away. scrablling for the mount, Yo-ko releases a slight white mist out of his palms. What was this supposed to do?
Earlier when Kenta had grabbed Yo-ko, when Yo-ko had tried to trhow him, he had placed a tiny little seed with his spiritual energy. The seed was the seed of Death. With a catalyst, it transforms and grows into the tree of death. Yo-ko had set this up for his final stage three for this. The white mists was a catalyst mist that would make the tree grow. Standing back up, Yo-ko looked on as he backed up a little bit.
The tree opf death, once it began to grow, needed life to grow. So it sucked the energy out of the opponent. This one however yo-ko had created to suck the Ki out of Kenta, hoping to finish the fight here. It would not kill his opponent, maybe not even put him un counscious. However, ti would keep him right where he wnated him......
(( ok, how does this end. does he posts again? i want him too, i feel like i had an unfair advantage with the first post. ))

And so the battle was waged, and its intensity sang out to match no other. The ferocity of the warriors was so great that it could be felt as sure as air could be breathed and the sweat on their brow began beading like bullets of determination.
However, in the midst of this battle, there was a sudden flash that consumed the fighters in its blinding light. They would find their eyes unharmed, but before them there was no longer an opponent. Instead, they would see around them nothing but white light, their feet weightless beneath them. No sooner do they realize this than the world comes back into focus as a large translucent film rises from the ring, devouring each warrior similar to the Disperse Halo that brought them here.
Both fought valiantly, but now the battle was over and it was time to move on. One fighter would find himself returned to the reception room and the other would appear immediately in the next fighting locale. The matter of discerning the victor from the defeated was as easy as that. It was time to move to Round Two.
