"We just have to try again next time." Seraph agreed to her wise philosophy, with an accepting nod. What she said made much sense, and also, it was no use to be negative. Seraph could feel himself cheering up, knowing that other things was far more important. Like he had met Pascale after all!
Listening to her assessment of both of them, Seraph could feel himself being alongside Pascale. Seraph's chest puffed out with confidence, at the little filly's encouraging words. Or rather, making their adventure into a true adventure! He found it easy to be swept along in the flow, since Pascale made it so convincing! "We'll definitely get home." He said, his words ringing clearly after hers. "Confident, and strong!" He echoed after hers, lifting his head to stare up at Pascale and meet her gaze with a grin in their triumph.
He faded after their triumphant moment, his energy momentarily drained. Instead, he was satisfied to listen to Pascale talk. He nibbled on grass to regain his energy, relaxed while enjoying Pascale's enjoyment to win against her siblings. It was until the last question, he blinked several times. "Of course. You were the most fun I've had in a long time!" It was an impossible notion that Pascale wasn't fun for him. He scrunched up his face, at both pascale's doubts, and thinking of his siblings who seemed to be withdrawn, or prefer not to seem unsightly in any form. "Before you leave, we have to promise that we'll have to meet up again!" He told Pascale, bobbing his head down vehement in his statement. He couldn't imagine never seeing her again. Not when she was so fun.
"Promise?"

The promise he proposed was easy for Pascale to accept. She was a free spirit- she'd always be wandering in heart! Especially when she'd grow up, she knew she'd be on the move and all over the place! Gosh she couldn't wait for that day!
"Duh!' she then exclaimed, while lightly head-butting her own head into Seraph's. "We'll find each other, don't stress! Who knows where and when, but its bound to happen. That' the amazing thing about this place." At least from what her parents had told her! So she could look forward to her meeting with Seraph again. "Though next time I hope we meet in the springtime! Since... there'll be a LOT of flowers!" That way no disappointment would exist at all.
So with that, she finally took her head away from Seraph's and realized she knew where they were. Both she and Seraph had entered from different directions, and she booed when she noticed this. "I suppose I should go thatta'way! Thanks again Seraph, and make sure to be strong in everything you do!" Pft, as if he wouldn't!
So with that, she wiggled her wing as she watched Seraph shrink in size as she toddled away, but gleamed at the stories she could tell her siblings and her parents. Ohhh how she loved boasting!

"All right!" Seraph said, nodding to Pascale. He really didn't know how this place worked, but if Pascale said that, it had to be true! "We'll meet again than, Pascale. In the spring time, then." He had a happier expression, now that he'd know that he would meet his friend again.
"Take care!" Seraph responded to her parting words, feeling no need to tell Pascale to be strong. After all, why say it when he already knew that she'd be able to get through everything? Her happiness would definitely keep her happy, Seraph noted, with a wide grin.
Seraph stood up, throwing his head back so that his hair didn't fall over his eyes. "and Bye!" Seraph called out, scampering away from where they had previously been sitting, just a few moments ago. He could see Pascale's small figure disappearing into a dot -- not that surprising since they had come from opposite ways. Now, he had to figure out if he could get back without reprimands. It was already late morning, but he knew that he would be able to figure out something. But even if he didn't -- he could at least say he made a new friend!
He wandered back to where his family resided, with a more upbeat feeling than when he had left. Maybe, he would meet more soquili like Pascale one day!
