Well in my opinion, it's good that they are planning to move it to BBC1 for prime time viewing, yet MUCH SHORTER RUN! That has got to be annoying, this means that they have probably cut down the number of episodes. scream sweatdrop
I just hope that this five episode forming story and one of them penned by R.T.D. is gonna be good.
We had enough shocks and suprises in the last series, but this is definately something! gonk wink

Hmmm, one storyline then, I'm guessing?
Well as long as it's still Torchwood (re: fun, wangsty, homoerotic) I'm happy enough.
(BBC1?! Chrissakes, the old lady down my road always said BBC1 was a "respectable channel".)

Starts in 11 days time! the 16th july i can't wait i just watched the last episode of doctor who and thought wow i know whats gonna happen and went on the website and got that date for the third series.
Also jack had some killer lines in that final episode of Doctor who.
"i can't even say whats going through my mind" rofl
I was watching with my mum and we both laughed our heads off.

It was revealed yesterday that today's volume of Torchwood Magazine would contain Series 3's story name :O Well, it's today, but I don't have the magazine (short on cash but it's results day!) A quick glance at the wiki ...
Ah, nothing yet, but it says James Marsters has hinted at being in the new series, sounds like fun biggrin I'll report back later today if the news surfaces biggrin

Meh, the title is kinda predictable. It may look into the characters of Gwen and Ianto more, yet still i hope they would have Jack, Martha and Mickey aboard too. 3nodding xd

It has indeed been a slow news summer, as they all are. Usually we get some New Companion gossip, or Christmas Special Snippets, but nothing. All is quiet. At least Sarah Jane Adventures will be picking up soon, so that forum will get some attention v_v It seems no one apart from me ever goes in there XD

Yeah, we would have got some good gossip by now. Yet it's probabaly because it's not a full series next year. Making gossip hard to find, or they just haven't started filming yet. xd sweatdrop
I may even start watching Sarah Jane Adventures, yet it depends what's going on in my life. (GCSE results next week. rofl )

I got my AS results on Thursday, they weren't too bad (but weren't straight A's razz )
And it hasn't started filming yet, no. That quote a few posts up says it starts filming on August 18th (Monday). Principal Photography is the stage where they gather all of the shots. Pre-Production is the stuff before (writing it, arranging locations, props etc.) and Post Production is editing it (effects, cutting bits etc.) I'd expect Post-Production starts somewhere around December (or earlier, maybe later)
