Kinda chuckled, but shut her eyes as he began his grooming of her face, allowing him to do so undeterred while she settled down to sit. Now that they had gotten past introductions and basic small talk she could fully appreciate and take in his markings. She'd not seem any so intricate before, they were quite fascinating.
"Hmm, okay. Sounds fine to me. Do the rains normally last long here as well...?" She questioned, settling down onto her stomach to rest up.

Afiya shook his head "Na, they usually only last for an hour or two." he smiled at the pretty female, moving close to her, using his body heat to keep her warm. "it's quite soothing, listening to it, don't ya think?"
he smiled his golden eyes resting on the soft brown female from the sea. He let a yawn roll off his maw and slowly draped his long neck over her shoulders. "We'll dry off quicker like this." He whispers, closing his eyes, this had certainly prooved to be an interesting meeting.

"Hmm...." His neck over her shoulders didn't bother her though it might have unnerved others. Kinda enjoyed the warmth, not minding it at all having come from such a large and affectionate family. Nothing wrong with getting a little cozy, nothing at all.
Not that she could've protested if she wanted, she found herself now slowly drifting off to sleep.
