It could sort of be a plotly type thingy, Zi. A full plot with a meaningful and amusing story? no. No, its a plot meant to sell pixels and convince people to buy time released shininess. But a plot nonetheless. Just think of it like the plot of Starship Troopers 2. Meaningless and completely irrelevant, but somewhat amusing in its quaintness.

Think of those plot updates this way; It's either a mini-plot filled with "BUY MY ITEM" messages, or another MTV ad filling up the site. You choose.

Well to me, they have been coming out with new evolution items every two weeks or so. They have been doing that then make up a nice story or news to release the items.

If you ask me, we have enough evolving items now.
So they should stop for a day and use thier brains on a plot that doesn't suck. (or relate to evolving items).

I will never understand why so many people have their panties in a bunch over the cash shop... It's like they don't want Gaia to make any money. If it weren't for the cash shop and the MCs, Gaia would be totally overrun with ads or just shut down.
I think it's kinda nice that they decided to make the evolving item reports more interesting than just "This is new. This, this and this are evolving. This reached it's final stage. Bye." And I'm starting to like the Timmy and Singh plot. Dr. Singh is... not very sensitive. I feel bad for Timmy. And I wonder what'll happen when Gene comes back to check up on them...

I am calling it a failed attempt to create a plot(if it is meant to create a plot or lead to a plot.). The Singh/Timmy "ordeal" is just pain dumb and I am saying they need a new plot ulike the christmas continuing the Zurg plot but with very little attempt to do anything.

Timmy/Singh will now be referred to as a diversion. You don't like it, tough. They only pop up once a week. Plots used to come ONCE A ******** YEAR! We got an announcement MAYBE twice a month back in the day, and that was to announce that something was ******** up. So they want to make their announcement more interesting, well I for one find it interesting.
You want more plot, well tough, because PLOT DOESN'T HAPPEN EVERY DAMN DAY! Wait for the events, but don't b***h because they want to make something more interesting for everybody else. You don't like the cash shop? You don't have to buy the items.
On the inverse, the cash shop is a grab for money, and they don't need to make s**t so expensive. It's a pretty blatant grab for money, but it's better than having ads shoved down our throats constantly because at least we get something out of it.
Both sides are now allowed to hate me freely, but I'm the co-captain, so you guys can just simmer.
Now, stop talking about whether it's a plot (it's a part of gaia canon, so yeah, it's part of the story, meaning it IS plot) or not, and start tossing theories around about what could happen or just talk about Timmy and Singh. (or the items themselves if you want)

Jessica Malatori When I saw "devour us all" I got excited. Anyway, seeing as how it's nearing that time of year (four months, that's close in Gaia-time), I'm sure the Singh/Timmy plot diversion is going to tie into this year's Halloween event. Also dinosaurs.
