I know of a cheap operation that may help this poor cow. It's perfectly legal. *cough cough* Wanna give it a shot?
If not, I'm sure I can find another bagpipe over the black market--I MEAN... in the marketplace. >> <<

As far as the under part... well, you see, anesthetics are a little hard to get. Will large amounts of cough syrup work?

*trie's to grab the butter but it slip's out and land's inside the cow* O_O ..... we didn't see that...*begin's too complete the surgery after giving the cow a bunch of cough syrup* =_= i don't think the syrup's working that much...this cow's gonna need some aspirin in the morning.

Here, I can help...I just need to tap the cow in the head with this....
*swings a large rubber mallet at the cow's head....misses completely, hits the lemon meringue pie that is on the table, which lands on Mel's head*
