Now, another male may have taken her proposal another way, considering the wording, but not Hemi. "Like a game?" Warm laughter. "I'll have to think of something. "380 my thinking and all." Now those dark chocolate tails were really moving, smacking the ground again. Hemi of course was thinking very little about the way she was cuddled up to him, taking it for granted as normal considering how often he was in or instigated cuddle/snuggle piles at home. He could tell her she did not have to return the favor -he always gave freely without expecting anything back. Hemi knew though saying so usually only led to tossing it back & forth & usually was not worth arguing over.
"heheh. Maybe you could. Meet my family sometime. Though it would have to be in doses. Even my blood-family is huge! I'm the youngest of 10 -though I wouldn't put it past Mom to have a passion fruit stashed somewhere. Over half of my sisters are moms, and one's already a grandma!" His tails continued to wag, though slowed slightly. "Wish I got to see them more. 'Least most of them stop by the library from time to time so it's not like we're complete strangers like some families."
He smiled and laughed, the brief moment's sadness already fading. His eyes were twinkling with mirth. "But beyond family... I live with tons of others -many aren't even kitsusagi. Gotta warn anyone 'fore bringing them home. Can be quite overwhelming to the unsuspecting."
My Hemi was chatty today. Being mindful of Jayn the winged male stretched carefully, fully relaxed around her. That was just how he was. "Doses are best there too." Grin.

"Yes," As she smiled and let her tails wag as a few little vines sprouted and started to dance as she was in a very happy mood. She did have a thought that it would be funny to push Hemi into the water, but then thought it wouldn't be too nice but kept it in the back of her mind for a latter use.
Jayn's eyes buged out as she heard that Hemi's family was huge. Thinking that it would be just a little bigger than hers, but she was glad that she wouldn't be meeting them all at the same time. "That is a lot of family. It makes mine very small. It cool that you know all of your family."
For the first time in a long time she felt so happy and liked it. As she had hidden her fears behind a mask of teaching manners to her own family and so fare it had only been Cadi that realized her fear as Cadi loved to roam around with no cares in the world but could take care of hereself. "At my home there are plenty of non-kitsus and a few of them are huge. My fear is Kitsu based, others don't worry me too much as long a the group isn't to big." As she felt a little sheepish about that fact and would have been more scared of her other kitsus if they hadn't come as eggs and took care of them. As her own protector in the house was Foo-dog Arien.
"Yes it is," Smiling.

"You're okay with non-kitsus?" Hemi was startled. The only ones he knew -personally- that were like that were those of Moochi's family. That household & his own were so close... and as far as he knew 2 of the largest mixed species 'families' around.
"Anyway... if you've problems with kitsus then you definitely need doses before I offer to take you home to meet anyone. We might be only one tenth the whole population, but there's more of us than any other species. Kitsu, that is. At least 30 of us call that 'family' ours."

"Yes. Well from what I was told there are many, but I haven't met them all. There are some that like there space and don't like others." As she was a little supprise on his reaction as she had always thought that other Kitsus live with many non-kitus or wander alone or with a small number of kitsus.
"Yes," She answered as her jaw droped and eyes bugged out when she heard that number of family he had. She knew that there were a good many Kitsus but not that many were family. She didn't know her parents as she hatched alone, but it didn't bug her that much anymore that she had her adopeted little ones. "That is a lot of family. I didn't know that there were that many all related."

He knew about some liking their space and maybe even not liking others. Even if that was not something he dealt with personally very often. So Hemi just nodded, perhaps a bit sheepishly. He was often the one pushing those type into affection.
The chocolate furred male laughed full & deep and warm. "No. No. Not blood-family. Sorta... extended house family. Those've us that look to Trel, who's kinda like our human. She's the one that took care of Dad when he was an egg. Watched over him as he grew again." Being accustomed to such things as 'befores' Hemi just went with it naturally.
"Blood kin... well Vynn lives with Sessh & so do her kits. All 9 of them. MauCho's 2 live with her & Mom. Ed & Lil's 4 live with us but only 'Rum -that's Aurum- 'looks' to Trel as it were. Ayako & Saix's 8 mostly stay around their father's I think. They kinda wander. I've not even seen my nephew Xelon's 4 kits yet, though Sis told me a lot about them. I hear some pop by the library some times but I must always miss them. Nahanni's usually hiding somewhere in the library. Rommy & Katsumi go where they will & Aiden lives with Aunt Noko & cousin Revelin." By this time his paws were up in the air, Hemi on his back as he checked everyone off. "Cousin Bryna lives over at Haisyn Place -we're pretty tight with everyone over there. She has 6 kits with Wade and most of them are around the Place though Far comes over a lot. Almost say she looks to Trel... if she looks to anyone. If only 'cause 'Rum does. I don't think I've ever seen Bryn's other sibling. Must wander."
Realizing he had started to ramble -easy to do with his family- Hemi chuckled & looked sheepish as he rolled his head to look at his new friend. "Heh. Sorry about that. Got carried away. Um... what I was meaning... is that though there's a lot in my family... I live with lots of other kitsu too." He put a paw to pat behind his ear, scratching a little. "I guess it's kinda confusing. We're like family, but ... well Chroma and Ginny & the others... they're not blood related. Not like us Lupins."

Jayn smiled a little sheephisly "Its still more than what I have seen. It was Nagge, my human that got me to at least trust non-kitsus when I started to live with her and the both of us took care of the eggs that she had gotten later." As she wondered on how much longer Cadi was going to live there or just go and wander the world.
She just listened to what Hemi was saying about his family. Jayn could tell that he loved thems so much that he would do anything for them. Well they might not all be realated but they still all had the same feelings for each other and thought that it was beautiful."It good that you know at least to find them and they know that they could come to you."
"Its a little confuseing but you just love your family and care for them and it really shows when you talk about them. So don't worry about rambling, Cadi tends to ramble too, but hers is more about what she did that day more than anything." She smiled with her tails waging.

Hemi grinned, a bit of the sheepishness leaving him in the warmth of his smile. There was the sound of thumping echoing as his tails hit the grassy ground with their happy wagging. "Heh. Can't argue that." Baby blue eyes sparkled. "Dad'd know more about having a small family, like it sounds like you have." There was nothing condescending or degrading about how he said it, just a comparison based on stories he had been told. "Better be careful, or your family'll grow too!"
He was teasing, the light dancing in his clear baby blues. "Think you'll be the one to make it grow? Bet that'd get you less afraid of lots of other kitsu -having a litter of little tail-tacklers running around." The wizard-healer said it with such joy and love it was not a curse but a blessing he seemed to be suggesting.
((gah that sucked. *hugs*))

“That is something that I can’t stop as our human is very kind.” As it had been sometime since they had gotten a new house mates, but some where deep inside hoped that there would be the little patter of kit feet, as she love when her family was small. But now she had two young adults. Smiling as her own tails wagged across the ground as to answer Hemi’s tails thrumping.
“I don’t think that I will be the one to make it grow, but little boy Arken I think will be the first, as he is a ladies man.” But she also wanted to as well, but she douted that she would ever find someone special in her life as she was sad for a second, then the smile returned as she wanted all of her kids to have families of there own. “I think that you might be right. I loved teaching the young ones when they were young as it was always a challenge to teach them the right things.”
((Its fine, as my muse desided to take a vacation. *hugs back*))

((*laughs* I totally hear you! My muse took a vacation... and then when it DID return, I couldn't concentrate long enough on anything it was giving me to make posts! O_O I don't know which has been more torturous.))
Dark chocolate ears flopped up and down as the wizard-healer nodded with an understanding grin. That was a 'problem' with Trelweny too. Always bringing someone new home, never able to turn anyone away. Could be worse problems in anyone. At least their home could grow with the additions.
"I don't know..." Hemi began thoughtfully. Baby blue eyes looked off towards where the portal to Gaia was, his thoughts traveling to a certain blue & white former ladies' kitsu and his brightly hued, sweet little mate -off sailing where ever they happened to be now. "That doesn't always have much to do with actually getting the young going. Some have young the first time they try anything, and others... well it took my sis & her mate loads of tries to get pregnant!" Now his eyes were back, sparkling with little brother sheepish humor as his tails thumped rather loudly upon the ground. Oh, Edward & Liliana had been as discrete as could be expected of 'newlyweds'... but there were some things Lil could not hide from her closest sibling. Especially when that sibling was so in tune with her body as both brother and healer. Hemi had known the instant the pair had left their room on Christmas Day that she was pregnant -and only just- by the minute changes that were already occurring within her body. He was nearly as overprotective of her as Ed was -and that was saying a lot.
That's why he had to find Envy. He had to know where the homunculi was.
"I can see you making a good teacher. Be a good mom too." Warmly Hemi smiled at her. Jayn did not need to hear anything of the dark path his thoughts had tread for a moment.

((I know how that feels. Also stress kills my muses as well when all that I want to do is rp to get unstressed. Yes that would be very torturous.))
Well Jayn had never had seen other Kitsus that were pregnant, but she knew that it was a very special thing to bring new life in the world. "I know that it would take some time to when you find that special someone, but if they truely love you they wouldn't mind the wait.." she blused as she caught herself rambleing "Sorry about that, I don't know what came over me," as she smiled and thrumped her tails on the ground in a happy notes.
She knew that Hemi would make a great dad as he was so loveable and careing and also a great friend. She knew that she could talk to him just about anything. Jayn blushed more when he said that she would be a good teacher and a mother, well she didn't know truely think she was a great mother but she was doing her best. "Thank you and you will be a great father as well," She warmly smiled back and happy wags of her tails.

Hemi laughed warmly, rolling on his back in playful kit fashion and pawing just as playfully with a light bat at Jayn's ear. "Lil an' Ed had to wait both ways, poor guys. Ed wasn't full grown yet when they became mates." No comment or even thought on how some thought Ed not full grown still. It certainly did not phase Hemi about his brother-in-law's small size. He knew it bothered Ed though so never mentioned it.
Baby blue eyes were crinkling in other mirth. "Thanks! I think I'll wait 'til Mom an' Dad're finished though." Those eyes went into an upside-down wink, one ear up one flopped over his cheek. "Ayako might be a grandma before the new sibs come, but I don't want to be." The good sized male wiggled as he laughed. "A grandpa anyway. Not that I'd have a chance of that at this point, with how Mom an' Dad've been. Still... no rush being even a dad before then."

Jayn smiled warmly and slightly giggle as Hemi played with her ear and got a little closer where it would be easier to do so."That would be hard, but sounds like the both of them are closer now and very much happpy."
"Well it better to wait to be sure that is what you want and love them to death. Then to have kits when your not ready and have no clue on what to do next." She said with her tails swishing across the ground and little vines started to sprout.

"Yeah, they are." Hemi grinned with glee, chuckling as he snagged his new friend's now closer ear.
"Oh I'm sure I just...just..." A thoughtful, mildly perplexed look that at the same time was quite dreamy crossed the male's chocolate face and crinkled the brows over his baby blue eyes. His thoughts wandered as they often did to a black and red female that was not his sister. Someone a bit rough who did not like others nor speaking. Laughing softly Hemi shook his head. "Need the girl."
The dreaminess overtook Hemi for a moment, his tails swaying lightly behind him. Then he felt the little vines. Hmm? With a grin he pulled out of the wisp of daydream to catch Jayn's eyes. "Can't see it being hard for you to find a guy who'd love a sweet gal who can make plants grow." Wink.
Sometimes... that Hemi spent a lot of time with Zell showed through more than others.

With Hemi, Jayn was experenceing new feeling and experences that she never thought that she could have. Especially after what happened to her when she was a kit and hope that she didn't have to experence those type of feelings again, as she really like these ones.
She just had to giggle a little bit to what he had said last. "Yes you do need a girl. I do hope that you will find someone and that you both care of each other." she said as she was starting to purr slightly and her tails waging to her happy heart.
Blushing to his comment and she wondered if she really could. But she was still scared of all those other kitsus she didn't know and if they would be as nice as Hemi was and she knew that some were not. "I don't know about that, as I'm very shy and scared of others. But thanks," As her happyness when down to the small vines as they started to slightly dance and make shapes.

Dark ears flicking thoughtfully about a girl -a specific girl surprisingly enough- and did not comment on that other than to give a cute kitsu grin. That grin shifted as Hemi looked to catch his new friend blushing. "Shy's not stopped my friend 'Tae." Blue eyes twinkled, remembering how the belted femme used to squeak around him. "Dad says she was once so shy she'd hide from meeting anyone new."
He chuckled, lifting a brow to indicate he had never seen Atae do so but that he probably had not been as much of a stranger to her as others. He was also indicating... that in talking to him now Jayn was quite likely not as shy as the friend of whom he spoke. Then again... Hemi had a lot of faith in how comfortable he made others so would not be surprised if that was the reason for Jayn not being the shyest kitsu he had ever encountered. Though she was close. "Thing is... 'Tae's got a guy now -good friend of mine, Zell actually." His nose crinkled with mirth remembering last Christmas & the pair's first kiss. He could almost say... it was his fault. Hemi had been the one to point out the mistletoe to the blonde SeeD after all. That had been extremely funny.
