"By making things...I think." He shrugged. "Sometimes I find what look like strange skins...but they're not fur or leather." He snorted. "It's a bit strange. Maybe they make fur that comes off?"

He blinked and chuckled embarrasedly. "Or perhaps I'm just being strange and silly."

"Fur that comes OFF?!" Chiamaka repeated then, sounding even more disbelieving. But she frowned then and thought about it. "I guess... if they had no fur naturally they would need that..."

A little pause and she laughed softly, "But it does seem kind of silly."

Dubu nodded. "Yes...but sillier things have proved true. Like elephants! They're big...but they do look rather funny." With their loose skins and trunks and BIG floppy ears...Even though they could easily squish him, they looked hilarious.

Chia blinked and then laughed at that with a quick nod. "Yes... they're all wrinkly! They look like maybe their skin could peel off sometimes!" she pointed out with a smile.

Then she happened to glance up at the sun and jumped a little. "Oh man... I'd better get home before Ayo comes looking for me or something..." she said. Though a part of her doubted that he would be around... still. She could hope.

Dubu grinned. "Well then...I will see you again another time?" He rather liked company...and to have a friend...a real friend...That was reason enough to stay in the home he'd made for himself. "And I can show you some of the hoo-man things I've found."
