Okay, this idea for an event just came to me....
DANCING WITH THE SUPERHEROES/VILLAINS
A contest thats a little bit roleplaying, and the winners determined a combo of roll of the dice (judge's votes) and vote ins by guild members (fan votes).
Whatcha think?

Exactly what I said. wink People sign up for the contest and get paired with a pro dancer from DWTS fame (hopefully I can get help making banners). Its held in the Bistro every few days, giving time for people to cast votes for their faves. Those get tallied with the "judge's votes" (dice rolls) and we eliminate that way until the DWS champion is crowned!

Sounds good. Dinah Lance No Cyberdome then? Maybe I can host it in November... if someone will help me with Little plots. I volunteer my writing services, if you're willing to host. I think I'll officially retire this year from active competition.

When do you want to hold DWTS? You can fit it in August or October, as there's no real competitive thing going on then, if the Cyberdome Tourney is moving to November.

Technically Im (Remy) aready hosting the art exchange in August and the Halloween event is in October. which do you suggest? I'm down with either.

Not to sway tyour decision, but if you take October, I wanna try something in August. Ahem. Cosplay Daze 2: The Costume Challenge. People who sign up provide four identities to cosplay as (one for each category). Then instead of cosplaying the character oif their choice, registrants are assignwed the costume to attempt from said list.

Sounds like a plan. CD2 in August, Dancing with the Superheroes in October. Just make sure DWTS wraps before Halloween. 3nodding

Ze categories I'm thinking, in order to distinguish from the usual C-Daze, will be Celebrities, Novels, Historical, and Superheroes/villains. (Hey, we gotta keep SOME traditions!)
