I'd say hawaiian hay stacks.
Everyone makes there own, which is great when everyone has different tastes.
Main ingredients are, rice, chinese egg noodles, a thick chicken soup, pineapple, olives, tomatoes, coconut, sliced almonds, or mandarin oranges, plus a whole bunch of other stuff you can put on it. There's probably a recipe online somewhere.

Great Green Veggie Pasta From "Simply in Season" Feeds 4-6.
A: 1 cup cottage or ricotta cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) 1 clove garlic (minced) 2 tbsp. fresh basil (chopped; or 2 tsp dried) 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped; or 2 tsp dried) 1/2 tsp salt
Stir together in a bowl and set aside. For a smooth texture, puree in a blender.
B: 12 ounces fusilli, linguini or spaghetti
In large pot of boiling water, start cooking according to package directions
C: 2 cups broccoli florets 2 cups zucchini (sliced) 1 cup green beans 1 cup peas 1 cup green onions (chopped)
Stir in broccoli 6 minutes before pasta is done; boil 3 minutes. Stir in zucchini and green beans slowly; boil 2 minuts. Sitr in peas and green onions slowly; boil 1 minuts. Remove from heat, drain well and return to pot.
Toss pasta and veg. with 2 tbsp of butter until melted. Add cottage cheese mixture; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh ground pepper. Garnish with tomato slices.
