Pleh... I hate the dresses too... but that's probably because I love my current avvy so much. *hugs her black suit* I'll probably crash the 'prom' dressed just the way I am.
And I'm totally joining in the spike the punch conspiracy. I'll handle the toilet-paper brigade. XD Those teens won't know what hit their cars. Buahahaha....

I enjoyed prom both years I went, but that's probably because I had someone to go with that I liked, along with tons of friends. For the most part, we chatted and wandered around, though we did dance a little bit.
Hopefully they make this fun since there's been so much hype over it.

A Gaian prom sounds awesomely fun. But, I have no love for the top part of the dresses. The one with the flow-y pink bottom would be wonderful if it was not so busy around the neck. D:

Real Prom was kinda lame, but that gay guy is selling some nice formal wear.
And at this point, that's all I really care about. -_-

T-demon aka Kuma Yeata Zi Aquiest I'm not sure about the defining features of a prom, but we had a Formal, in years 11 and 12. I guess a prom would be similar? Although from what I know, the Formal is centred more around dinner, while the prom has more to do with dancing... please correct me if I'm wrong D:
There was dancing at my formal, but it was something you did when you weren't eating, or wandering through the tables talking to friends and classmates. The afterparty was pretty cool though. A prom is more like.... dry humping to bad music while everyone is wearing ridiculously formal clothing. .... I kinda sat in the corner with a deck of cards. That's what I did during formal. >.< They had poker tables set up, so that's what my friends and I did all night. We got tired of Soulja boy... -_- At least you had poker tables and cards. My school's so afraid that we were going to start gambling or "influence" others to gamble...well, they were right, but still! I'm just a freshman, but our dances and formals suck. Even the seniors were complaining before. -sigh-

OBJECTION!
Heh, sorry. Look too much like Apollo Justice, eh?
Anyway, I like the items, I like the prom idea, I don't see what the fuss is about. It's just another social for us Gaians, I think we're letting real life ruin the fun for us. blaugh

It think it looks more of a Edgeworth minus coat... but that's my humble opinion...
Anyway, I would enjoy prom to be as stupidly expensive as it is in real life. Make a damned good gold sink. Bwahaha.

I was thinking Edgeworth too, but the cravats I have don't layer with the suits, so there goes that possibility. sweatdrop I feel like cosplaying as a PW-esque attorney during the prom now. xd

Ew. Prom. And it's at the same time as my High School's, so I'll be skipping the High School prom and probably dance in my room or something. Because I hate everything involving prom.

Mostly solitaire..... I also did joke fortunes <3 Don't get me wrong, kiddies..... The event WILL be fun...... I just kinda disagree with Gaia calling it a prom.

I like some of the dresses...most of them don't go with my style, though. I also disagree with calling it a prom, but oh well~
Besides, I love Runway sweatdrop

Well, as I said in the other thread, I think making it a prom is... so damn stupid. Aside from the age group of Gaian USERS there are some glaring problems. 1) Let us look... We have two horribly underaged kids, a bunch of twenty somethings, and some middle agers. Let's face it, Ian and his ilk aren't teenagers. If I had to place them, I'd wager the youngest is Sasha, and she still looks to be 19 and we are led to believe Ruby (who was previously Ian's love interest) has a kid! (Peyo has never explicitly been said to be Ruby's kid.) The only one to be prom age of any NPC is possibly Gino. 2) ... THERE ARE NO SCHOOLS. We DO, however, have school credits, but to our knowledge, there are absolutely zip in the ways of public or private establishments devoted to learning.
So, in making it a prom they are just being incredibly silly. Oh, and I have NO clue who that dude with Ian is.
Also, I agree with Tim, our prom sucked. Remember everybody who wore those camo tuxes? God help us, what were they thinking?
