Lil Phoenix terachi+KAIshaku Gackt is losing his voice, though. From smoking, I think. Yeah. I haven't noticed much of a change (if any) in Kyo's voice, but Gackt obviously can't hit the really high notes or the really low notes anymore.

I haven't noticed much of a change (if any) in Kyo's voice, but Gackt obviously can't hit the really high notes or the really low notes anymore. Poor Gackuto- but he did choose to some so i kant feel completely bad for him.

Kyo smokes terribly much, but I haven't noticed a change in HIS voice yet. And I think if Gackt's were to get bad enough, he would do something about it. At least, it seems any serious musician would....

I don't get why the vocalists feel the need to smoke, especially when they know they're going to destroy their voices because of it. Makes me want to smack them all in the head.

Then again, I don't really know where I'd be without their influence, Kyo and Gackt in particular. They're both geniouses, and lyrically despite having liked or disliked their evolution through music I soak up what they've written all the time. Their voices just enhance that for me, though without that as well I don't think they'd have much of a place in a band itself. They'd be left to write, but they wouldn't be able to let us really hear it anymore beause it isn't coming from them.
