Quote: Hyuuga Devoker had came through the hidden portal in search of the way of this invisible arm technique that had been used against him. Hyuuga Devoker went walking around the area and noticed how much different the world was from the shinobi world. It was like a another whole dimension and he had never seen it before and it probably was a lot more places that were a lot more exotic than before. It was so crowded here and many people kept walking on by with their own lives and Devoker wondered what they did everyday. He then remembered his goal of learning the awesome technique that he had seen earlier. Hyuuga Devoker then looked around at someone who looked like they knew the same language he spoke so he wouldn't go up to someone looking retarded. Hyuuga Devoker saw a sign on a shop in English and then he entered the shop and looked for the shop owner. He went up to him and then he said, "Do you know the technique that uses invisible arms to attack their opponents?" The shop owner looked at him funny and Devoker thought that he didn't speak English and then he said, "Of course, that is an ancient technique. You can learn it at the dojo down the street from here." Hyuuga Devoker nodded and said, "Thank you." He then turned around and then headed for the dojo down the street. He whispered to himself, "Damn. I'm glad these people know how to speak English." Hyuuga Devoker then saw the dojo with his own two eyes and then he broke out into a sprint not leaving dust behind as the ground was made out of cement and then he busted open the doors and ran in looking for any signs on where to learn how to use this unknown technique. He saw two people fighting and not moving their arms or anything showing no sign that they were fighting but it was obvious that they were fighting and Devoker had a perfect explanation of this. He knew that they were using the technique that he had came there to learn. Hyuuga Devoker then turned on his Byakugan and then he looked at the chakra arms that were invisible to the normal eye. Hyuuga Devoker then walked closer to get a better look at the fight that was obviously a friendly fight as they were showing signs of motivation to each other. Hyuuga Devoker then waited for the battle to be over and what looked to be as the sensei had won, Devoker had run up to him and said, "Can you speak English?" The man then looked at him in a funny way like the guy in the shop making it look like he was stupid and he said, "I have the possibility too." The man was obviously transfixed with Devoker's eyes and then he said, "Are you here to learn the ancient techniques of what most people come here trying to learn as they call them 'Invisible Arms'?" Hyuuga Devoker nodded and then the man said, "I won't teach you." Hyuuga Devoker replied by saying, "What! Why not?!" The man then crossed his arms and said, "For thirty years I have taught people this technique and they have only used it to kill for greed of power. Those eyes are pretty though. Maybe if you teach me that technique I will teach you mine." Hyuuga Devoker began to panic as it was a Kekkai Genkai and the man would never be able to use the technique, but Devoker was not planning on telling the man that. Hyugua Devoker then said, "Okay. You teach me your technique first." The man then looked at him and said, "Yea, so you can run away? You teach me yours first." Hyuuga Devoker squinted his eyes and said, "How about we dual for it. The winner gets taught the other their jutsu even though I am trustworthy enough to teach you mine." Hyuuga Devoker knew that he was going to win anyways so he decided to make a brawl. Devoker knew that the man didn't know he could see his arms and that led to an advantage. The man said, "Deal." The chakra arms had grown out and they head for Devoker swiftly. Hyuuga Devoker dodged all five of his arms easily and then he rushed forward and used his gentle fist style to hit the man everywhere around his heart but made sure not to hit his heart and the man coughed blood and fell to the ground. "I win. This match was over before it started." Hyuuga Devoker kneeled down and put his hand over the man's body as he rushed chakra back into his chakra points and then healed his injuries. The man got back up huffing and puffing, "Okay, I'll teach you." The man then said, "What you need to do is focus your chakra into arms around you and try not to put to much chakra into it so it doesn't show." Hyuuga Devoker tried it and he could see a faint amount of arms coming out of his body. "Awesome." Hyuuga Devoker then looked at the man and said, "I'm doing it." He continued to put more chakra into it until they formed an arm and then he punched the man with it knocking him out. "Easy as pie." Before anyone had seen he had jumped out of the dojo and simply went running off. Hyuuga Devoker was happy that he had learned this new technique that would make him powerful so he continued running around town knocking over stuff without touching stuff just for the fun of it. He was having a good ol' time at that world and he wished that he could just stay there forever. Hyuuga Devoker then noticed that he needed to get back to the Shinobi World because he needed to get some work done. He then rushed off to the World Gate. Hido walked back into the large room where he had learned to hone his vectors properly and grinned. He looked across at another Diclonius, a female, and recognized her from the picture. "That's... lucy.... the original Diclonius... I can feel her power emenating... it's... intoxicating.", "Yes ol chap... but don't get too inebriated off of it.... remember int he book it said they were highly aggressive, violent, angry, and will generally attack you for standing there... be ready to defend yourself should anything happen... shes had them for a lot longer than you, she obviously will know how to control them much better than you can... this makes her ten times more dangerous than most people you have fought before. She also has the tendencies that you read about of the lapus touch.... she can kill you if she touches your head... if you realize this... then try to learn from her but don't over do it... I don't want you dieing and neither does Art.", "I know... Ill play it safe, keep it low and keep my vectors unthreatening." He thought to himself looking up at lucy. "What were you just thinking about... I know it was about me.. and I don't entirely appreciate it. If your wondering something about me then ask or ill kill you. It's as simple as that... now tell me why your here before I kill you anyway." the other diclonius said staring at him. She revealed her eight arms grinning sadistically as they snapped out slashing through nearby objects. "Well hurry up and answer me." She said grinning again poising them to strike. Hido backed up bringing his vectors up quickly in a defensive position, she had two more than he did but if he used his shadows right he could bind her quickly enough to end any damage. "I was just merely thinking of how powerful you were... I want to learn from you... to gain as much power as you... I want your lapus touch." He said dropping his gaze sternly. "I realize your much more powerful than I am, and that if we fought I would probably die... it reminds of a story of two ageless beings they were all powerful in their time, and still to this day are supposed to wander in search of more powerful beings than them but it is impossible...that's how you are now. It was their curse to lose the past in their ageless bodies losing all other they cared for to time and decay, age and disease. They were God and Godess a team inseparable, destined to be together for all eternity. They weren’t affected by the weakness of man such as illness or age. They were standing figures in history helping shape the world in their struggle to find more of their own eternal kind. They had encountered many most fleeing at the sight of their brethren others attacking them with pent up hostility at losing all they loved without the choice of a timely death. Those who fled were left alone to forever wander lonely and flee at the chance of gaining another bond that would be ripped away from some unseen circumstance. Those who attacked face Harpier a beast so deadly it was unimaginable to face it. He was the wolf god Fenrir to the Norse. He was the great beast Tyrfang to the Greek. He was the demon of the woods to the Conquerors. He was all of these things and immortal dieing only to be reborn again from his master’s own hand. He was yet indestructible unable to be permanently bested by any. If he was slain once he returned again to destroy his former better with viciousness unknown to man. Very few have gazed into his open, hungered maw and lived, but those select few would compare it to being confronted by death itself and being left marked for the rest of your life. This couple, this…team of Tanis and Harpier was a lone force capable of destroying armies. Capable of destroying even the Titans of mythology single handedly. They were wholly undefeatable able to take even the most serious wounds and heal them without even keeping a scar. If they were cut within a day it was healed. If they were stabbed by nightfall there would be no hole. If they were dismembered then by the time you saw them in the dead of night they would crush you with the newfound power of fresh limbs. This unattainable power has kept them alive for more than four centuries. They watched the great was, the birth of technology, even the rise of empires that were swiftly crushed by allied forces. But they were content to remain in the shadows biding their unlimited resource of time doing only what they felt inclined to themselves to do. They could have had riches lived in the most luxurious of palaces furnished themselves with unimaginable power. But it was not for them. They stayed hidden keeping themselves scarce minus the few incidences in history when they were stumbled upon and had to wipe out whole civilizations to keep themselves secret and protect their time worn path. This tale of grandeur, this story of gods continues to this day passed by word of mouth repeated by many and changed with every telling growing more grand and gruesome with every evolvement. These two figures in time itself still stand to this day to continue their legacy and keep the legend alive. Though their names are forgotten and they themselves have all but faded from the minds of the story tellers they have ended their reign of supremacy now contenting them selves with growing in power hoping to one day rise again and create a new story to grow with every day they continue to live. I see you as a being this powerful, this amazing, this...unique... I want to learn to be this powerful..." He said bowing his head to her revealing the back of his neck...an ultimate sign of trust. She looked at him curiously as he repeated a long told story and was about to kill him for wasting her time until he related her to the beings in his story. She stood taller taking on a more confident composure. Hmm I guess I am that powerful aren't I...and if I taught someone they could help me achieve my grand goal... I think this will work to my advantage. She thought to herself grinning. "Ok... you have amused me enough for me not to kill you... Ill teach you my skills...you will get powerful enough to crush anyone in your way. And by the time I'm finished with you... you will have the Lapus touch." She said grinning. "Your training starts now... you see those humans over there." She said pointing to a corner. In the corner were four humans bound and hanging from the wall, still living. "I want you to kill all but one of them of your choice...If you choose wrong, ill kill you. If you choose right... Ill spare you and continue with your training... now start. And pick wisely." She said stepping back to examine him, she watched signs of worry fall upon his face and grinned leaning against a wall rubbing her horns gently. Hido crinkled his brows looking over the humans before him... I.. have to kill innocent people... to get stronger... is this really how I want to live... I guess though... It's my life or theres... he thought to himself sighing loudly. He walked up examining the four humans knowing he was supposed to select the best one to turn into a fellow diclonius... "I'm sorry..." He whispered slamming a vector down on an elderly lady splitting her clean in half. The other three humans started crying screaming, pleading for their lives as he continued the life and death scrutiny before them. He looked over the last three specimens and looked into them, their physical make-up, their disease signatures, everything about them. He turned back scrutinizing lucy as well. He noticed a strange look she gave each of the humans, as if none of them deserved life and were lower than both her and himself and it clicked in his mind. "You know lucy... I don't think any of them are worthy to be one of us..." He said turning and swinging one Vector wide across swiftly decapitating the humans in one swift motion. "There ive completed your...task so what did I learn from this." He asked growling slightly. "Hmm you expected to learn something from this... well you at least passed... but if anything you have learned that what you are is a better being, no not all diclonii are superior just select few... and you must eradicate these half breeds... wretches... and wannabes so that only the perfect ones... like myself remain. Yes your close enough to perfect for me not to kill you... but don't think you wiull always be that way... but now we can continue the real training." She said grinning. He was about to go through the most painful training he had ever experienced in his life.

Kekkaishi smiled as he walkedtrought he door to find himself in an apartment complex. so this is another demention. i wonder if kikkyo is going to be far behind me? now where should i go? he walked otu of the apartment complex looking around. he smiled as he saw the unerversity. got it i will go there. alli can hope for know is that kikkyo comes in soon.

Kikyo walked in and looked around. 'Where the hell am I? And where's Kekkaishi? He better not have tricked me into comming in here alone.... Gah! Too many people! It's almost as bad here as it as at home.' Kikyo did some hand signs before activating a jutsu from the Soshi clan that would allow her to walk on air above the cowds. She smiled a little under neath her mask as she began her search for Kekkaishi.

Kekkaishi smiled."kikkyo i found where we have to go" he says from a roof top. he looked down and noticed that no one really was surprised by the girl walking on air. thats strange. even amongst ninjas thats a strange ability. wait now that i notice it most of these people have horn on there heads he looked at kikyo." i have a feeling we are not that special here. any way come fallow me use wind dash til you get to the school" he says as he begins to run making the hand seals he needed to use air walk and then wind dash. he whanted to get to the school as soon as he could. something told him he would find out what he needed to when he reaches that place.

She noticed to there was something that seemed off about here. It wasn't until Kekkaishi had a look on his face like he'd just realized something that she figured out what made her feel something was off. She felt the sides of her head where the people had horns attached to their heads. She winced a little. It looked slightly painful. She then nodded when Kekkaishi gave her orders to follow and did as told, catching up easily and getting a little ahead of him once in a while, but pulling back on occasion since she figured he knew better where he was going than she did. "Hey Kaishi. Those horns... They look pretty demonic, huh? Wonder what the people of our village would say if they saw me with some horns." Even with her mask pulled over her lower face it was obvious that she was grinning mischievously.

kekkaishi shaked his head while laughing" i think they will say they knew you where a demon. and yes they do. i think they may have something to do with whats going on." he says as he points to some people that seemed to be flying. " they arn't using any jutsu. i think they are using those extra arms." he pointed at the ground where hand prints seemed to apear.he looked ahead to the school." i think if we are going to learn anything its going to be at that building. i hear a crazy scientist is doign work there. and that he might give us the arms. but now i think to get the arms we might have to get the ears. and i think that will be a painfull expirience i think we might have to go trough a lot of pain to get them. i dont know if you should go kikkyo."
Kekkaishi stood on the last of the houses before the academy.' what do you think we should do. i do not know if we should do this. if you whant to do it then we will go and do it. it will help us with a lot of our training. and should give us an upper hand in battle." he tought hard about it. looking at the profeser that seemed to stare at them." if you decide to train we might be here for a while"

Kikyo put her hands to the side of her head again and bit her lip. She looked at the oerson stareing at them and shivered a little. She hated doctors, and this guy sure did remind her of one. That must mea there would be some kind of injection or something, something she was completely against to agreeing with. But... She looked back at Kekkaishi with a look of some sort of decision that seemed to be paining her more and more. She then closed her eyes and sighed. She let her hands drop and took another deap breath before sighing again. "You know how against this kind of thing I am. But... It could really make or break us. If we do this, we'll become stronger. But if we don't.... Well,the only thing we have to lose if we don't is the loss of what could have happened if we did this. Again, I'm usually against this kind of thing, but... what choice do we really have? We have to do what ever it takes to make ourselves known and to get our village and clan known. Even if we have to endure the flames of Hell, we'll still get through it... some how." She opened her eyes. "I'm not sure if I want to do this or not, but we need the experience. So, like or not, I'm going to do this and make it through."

he smiled as he looked at her. a small sad smile graced his lips as she spoke. such words where often spoken by people like him, people who might become missing nins. he began to think if it was really worth it to see her in pain just to gain new powers. he looked at his hands and tought what kind of father would go trough with such a thing." Kikyo all i whant is one thing. if there should ever be a time when the pain is unberable. i whant you to give that pain to me. we will no be separated if you wish to lash out on someone take it all out on me." he looked ahead at the scientist. going towards him first. he had made up his mind. he would try to bear the he would not live any other way. he would protect her from evraythign no matter how week he was. he would fight to protect her.she was his only precius thing.
his jewel swung in its place as a wind passed by. the profeser seemed to have a bored expreson as he spoke in a monotone voice." are you two here to get vectors?"the profeser had messy hair and seemed to have nto shaved recently.it was obius even from his monotone voice that he rememberred something painfull that happened long ago" you people. are you sure you wish to evoulve above mankind?"

Kikyo walked up to the scientist with a bored look in her eyes. "What, you're gonna give us a surgeon generals warning? Tell us what we're asking you to do is stupid or wrong? Honestly, if that's what you're implying, you're wasting precious breath with us. You might as well just do what's needed other wise we may be forced to bug you until we get what we want. We can handle it... I know we can." She looked at Kekkaishi and put a hand on his shoulder and smiled a little under her mask before turning back to the scientist. At first, she had been nervous. Scared even. But seeing Kekkaishi walk up and decide he was going to go through this made her find some courage and want to join him. If he was going to do this, then so was she. If something bad were to happen, then she was sure they'd figure out a way to stop it before one of them died. At least, she was beginning to hope they would be able to.

the man sighed." you are young. and i simply dont care. i lost my doughter to a diclonus. all i am going to say is that to learn and harness this power you will go trough a lot of pain and not evryone becomes ones. most are used for other things. but mostly you shinobi seem to have a high resistence to pain. so come fallow me and i will give oyu what you are searchign for." he said as he led the way to a basement.
he smiled and grabed her hand interwining his fingers with hers.he led her keeping her close to him. he almost laghed as he whispered to her" can you imagine what our fathers would say if they knew i always held your hands like this before you had to go trough a lot of pain? maybe one day i can hold your hand like this during a day when nothing bad will happen to you huh?" his voice betrayed him a little as a little worry came out of his mouth. his eyes closed as he bit the bottom of his lips. he really whanted her by his side. but he also knew what he was doing to her and he knew it might not lead to a good path for her

She put her hand on top of his and leaned her head onto his shoulder. "They would flip out. At least, my dad would if he were still alive. In fact, you'd have a sword to your neck the second he found out." She smiled a little. She added quietly. "If you're worried, don't be. I'll be here for you if you need help. I know you want to protect me, but I also want to protect you. You're all I've got left." She kissed his cheek as best as she could through the cloth mask she was wearing over her face. "Everything will be alright. I know it will be. We'll be able to do this."

laghed as she said this.but stoped smiling as he entered the laboratory. all he saw around him was xrays and other equipments. most notably where the two chains that flung him to the wall as they grabed him. the proferser smiled as he injected booth of them with a serum. they where booth in chains know. and kekkaishi held back the screams as he felt his bone begin to extrude from his head. he also fealt the growing of his brains frountal lube thingy. this was begining to be to painfulll for him

Kikyo gasped in shock when she felt herself slammed against the wall and chained to it. She felt the injection and closed her eyes, trying to ignore the pain. She gritted her teeth, and tried her best not to scream. She felt the extreme pain in her head. She couldn't help but allow a little noise come from her once in a while, but it was only a whimper every couple of minutes. 'God, this hurts way too much! I dn't know if I can take this! But I have to. I need to stay around with Kaishi. I don't want to have to leave him alone in this.' She curled her hand into a tight fist and cracked her knuckles a couple of times per minute to help get some of the pain to be redirrected some where else.

he was the first to scream in pain. he couldn't take it he let out all of his pain in a scream filled with rage. he felt electricity run trough his body an screamed he felt as if time had left him all that exicited was his pain all that mattered was its end. from the corner of his eyes he saw kikyo and began to scream this time not in pain but in full on rage. she was going to go trough this pain. she was going to suffer what he was he would not allow it he struggled agiasnt the chain making him feel more pain. he was turning into something resembling a beast from inside. the only thing he was thinking about was saving her. i must protect her. if only i had more power is only i could move my hands. she must not go trought he same thing i am gong trough
