"I'm with you..." Kyra said mechanically, letting her eyes fall to the ground, his thing, their thing, theirs, they both had chosen different terms to go by just in case, so that they could be safe. one female was changing all of this, was she so oblivious just like he was? Kyra wanted to crawl in a hole.
"So...where is she gonna sleep?" open, in the open she was calling him out on it, to see what this female truly meant to him, what this female was going to do to their connection she felt, just to see...see what would happen now.

Yorik nodded and moved back to sit beside him. He had so much control and demanded-neigh, commanded so much. Looking at how Jack listened so well to him and how protective he was to her, it only founded that he was a catch by any standards. It seemed there were a lot of things left to learn about him. If she intended to stay here, it was something she will have focus some of her time on.
The sun was gone, the stars were in the sky. The moon, if you could call it that, was only a sliver at this point. It was nice and dark out. Since light hurt Riddick, the darkness should make him feel a little better.
But when Jack brought up where she was going to be sleeping, she grew a little worried that she won't have that same warm, welcoming embrace that she had just moments ago. Though she knew she should not expect the same treatment for another night, let alone more. But it worried her never the less that something she had gone days without was gonna be taken from her again. And that fear for Jack still lingered still. What if she tried something in the middle of the night?
However, she did her best to hide all signs of worry. She simply looked at him for an answer.

"She'll sleep wherever she would like to, wherever she wants to Jack, thats it, no more, no more questions tonight, Karndess and Rellik are out hunting aren't they, why didn't you go with them?" he asked her in a harsher tone now, trying to drive her ff, drive her away. her eyes were shining, he was upsetting her, her eyes looked just as they were when he told her he was leaving, and let her with Imam. "Just leave it be for now Jack, everthing will work out," i promise, he wanted to say, but didn't. he was not a softy, he was rough, strong, but still, he was hurting her, it seemed.
But Yorik, she was a part of this now too.
"Don't worry Yorik, alright?" he said looking at her, then taking a few steps, wondering if Kyra was going to leave.

Hunt, hunt, how could she focus on hunting now? Leave, oh she wanted to leave when the sun was out adn never come back but she would never be able to bring herself to do such a thing, ever, never, no, she needed to stay here, be with Riddick, she was with him, but why did it seem now that this Yorik was with him moreso in a sense and feeling she had never known, and now wished she had known.
Why could he not see what was before his own two eyes.
"Fine..." she said and turned away, walked, tears brimming in her eyes but she didn't turn back to face them, either of them, ruined. She'd neevr be able to have nights at his side, or have him chase her nightmares away, stay close when she'd be in shck from those horrors in her dreams.
Ruined..things seemed to be ruined.

Yorik listened to his words. So harsh. So unkind. All on her behalf. How could she allow such a male do something like this to someone he knew longer than she knew her? Sure they had spent a night together but surely this female meant more than just some game. She nuzzled Riddick quickly, murmuring, "Thank you. I'll try not to," she spoke quietly, enough for only him to hear before quickly following after Jack.
It was now or never. If she wasn't going to offer her paw to gain trust, than it seemed that it was up to her to offer hers.
"Jack, please, surely things can work out for us, right? I know you like Riddick and I know I do, he is our friend, right? How about you sleep on one side and I sleep on the other? That works right? We will both be next to him and there won't be anything to worry about. What do you say?"

Riddick watched as Yorik made a move to catch up with Kyra, he took a few steps to stop her, but it was too late, she was too close now, and had already spoken, he stayed back, knew this, at least now, wouldn't end well, and he hoped it didn't down Yorik's spirit as well, Kyra's already seemed to be beaten... that thought caught him, and he felt like a merc b*****d himself. He had never hurt Kyra in a way that hurt so much, even when sparring, even when she had run off and nearly gotten them both killed.
It wouldn't end well, least not this night, though he wondered what she would say, if she would adapt...she was always one to quickly catch on...

The female spoke, caught up to her, adn she didn't hear Riddick's voice, how dare he let her talk to her now, huh, huh? This Yorik dare speak to her after she felt like something had been stolen, ripped right from her paws. She stopped, didn't look back, and considered the option, share...share Riddick? The thought never passed her mind but...Yorik was covered in his scent, it trailed off from her being, closeness, the two had had closeness that Kyra has never known.
She didn't want to say no, for that would be disobeying Riddick, and she still wanted to show that she was with him, even now, even though it hurt so much. "Not now..." she said softly, so very softly in a voice she had only spoken in when she was coming-to from the shock of her dreams.
She needed to be alone.
She padded off, to go 'hunting' but really, she needed to fight back the tears brimming in her violet eyes.

Yorik watched her go, what more could she do? The dark female sighed, sitting herself down and hung her head. Was her presence here that bad? Was knowing his name that bad? What did she do to make a stranger her hate so much? Was it because of the friendly relationship the two shared? Did it rival what he has with Jack? It was too hard to tell. She just wanted to go somewhere, curl up and reflect. However, she just woke up and if she wanted to reflect, she would be doing it a water hole half empty. She needed to know more... she had to find out what was going on with this group. Survival he says... but was it more than that?
"I'm sorry, Riddick, I... I didn't mean to cause any trouble for you or your group," she apologized.
It was only moments later did she start to smile again at him, though force, it masked at least.
"Didn't mean to worry, I don't want to go against your word. What should we do now that everyone's gone hunting?"

Riddick sighed, stood next to Yorik and leaned his shoulder against hers, and pulled back, a sort of lean and pressure on her own shoulder to let her know that he was there, that things would work out, "Give her time..." was all he could think of as he watched Kyra slink off into the night. His eyes could still see her form wander further and further until she was gone, and he sighed, and hoped, that gone didn't mean her version of gone, the kind where the other never came back.
It would work out, just give it time, he kept telling himself.
"I can tell you how things have been working, about the other two females...but don't worry, things blow over eventually, just don't worry." He sighed, sat back on his haunches and looked at hte stars.
Everything would be fine, eventually.
