A small tornado appeared just near the towns village, and Ki appeared out of it. "Well then, Rosier, shall we do what we have to do?"
Rosier sighed. "Ki-sama, I do not intend to go against you, but I also do not intend on being part of this."
Ki looked at Rosier, and smiled. "Does this mean that you are not going to obey me, Rosier?"
Rosier glanced up, and saw him smile. It was indeed the gentlest smile, as well as one which she would not see again. Rosier went on her knees, bowing lowly. "Yes."
"Then.." Ki raised his hand, "Begone, foolish creature." Fire appeared and swirled around Rosier, eating on her every life energy.
Rosier felt the pain but she didn't scream nor beg. As soon as the fire ate up her last life energy, Rosier is no more to be seen.
Ki clenched his hand, and chuckled. "How unwise, Rosier." Turning back to the world, he made his way to the town.

Settling the documents, and sorting out about who's in command was making Ki irritated. He would never have thought to go through all that. Previously, it wasn't all that tedious.
"I'm just a second-in-command, for crying out loud." He muttered, as he walked down the corridor, within the Main Building of the Headquarters. "So the Leader is away for a while, eh?" Ki continued to walk, out of the building and into the hangar.

Getting to ride on an airship was easy. Its not an ordinary airship. Since it was designed to carry important people inside, its a half-modified battleship.
"So, this is use for VIPs like us?" Ki muttered. He wondered how and when the Wind Clan became wise in terms of being technological. "Fly over to the main lands, towards the River Clan. Its abandoned, and we can used it as our resource land." He ordered towards the crew.
They looked quite hesitant to even hear his orders. Just a Second-in-Command, and he's already high and mighty. But, with their Leader gone temporarily, they need to move on nonetheless. The ship's upped, and moved.
