Jiraiya and Itachi
Jiraiya was a very wise man and one of the funniest ppl in Naruto ;p pervy sennin ; p and he's rlly brave
and character of Itachi is really awesome made, the thing that he has been bad person, and eventually he turned out to be a kind brother... he's great ^^
but they both died crying so sad crying

1) 3rd hokage
2) Zabuza
3- Haku
4) Jiraiya
5) Itachi
6) 4th hokage
7) gaara ( he revives. but hey. he died once right? )
all of these characters because well 2 and 3 could have become narutos allies
4 is one of narutos teachers and is very funny yet cool
even though everyone new it would happen no one wanted 5 to die
and 1 and 7 are just to awsome to die
