Xena rolled her eyes as she saw the dog growling at Aphrodite...sure, the Goddess may be annoying sometimes...but in her own, goddess-like way that made her so likeable. Either way, she supposed she couldn't blame the Dog, she'd always been cautious of Gods herself, and now Aphrodite was the only one she trusted...although she knew the Goddess of love was more of a Gabrielle-Fan.

Gabrielle, curious to what was up with the goddess, asked what was wrong. Usually if something was wrong with the gods, it usually effected everyday people. Something that bothered her was that fact that sometimes even innocent people could get hurt just because of a fight between two goddess siblings or family members. She knew Xena didn't like that process either but the thing that really made her curious was when the goddess of love was involved.

Aphrodite sighed and rolled her eyes before repeating what she had told Athena earlier about Ares taking her to India to retrieve the second chakram. She supposed it wouldn't hurt to give Xena and Gabrielle a heads up about Ares, seeing as she had no idea what he was up to. She hoped they could do something about him. She didn't need the God of War screwing up her love business.
((Gah! Sorry I didn't post sooner. I just got home and felt like poo. Was out in the sun too long for a softball tourney. On the upside, we came in 2nd.))

"I'm just going to head over to the tavern," Xena murmured to Gabrielle who was currently talking to Aphrodite.
Before she could get to the tavern however, she saw Joxer...a very intoxicated Joxer, who apparently thought she was Meg. She rolled her eyes in her classic Xena was as he fell to the ground. "C'mon Joxer, lets go," she said with a grin, leaning down and helping him up, putting one of his arms around her shoulder, helping him stand. She brought him back to the tavern and got a glass of water, throwing it on his face to wake him up.

AAAH!!! eek *wakes up realleh fast an falls on teh ground. looks up at xena an meg* i think im seeing double gonk how much did i drink? gonk *trys teh stand up but trips an hits my head on xena armor* OW! gonk ....xena? *looks at meg* not xena.... Xena rolled her eyes when Joxer tripped and hit his head on her armour, standing with her hands on her hips with that smug look on her face, grinning when he seemed to find his way to Meg. "You drank a bit too much Joxer," she moved to the bartender and asked for a few ingredients before mixing them together, "Here, drink this, it'll sober you up," she said, handing it to Joxer.

Gabrielle picked up the puppy and frowned her eyebrows at Xena. "Is he going to be okay?" As much as I don't like to admit, I sometimes worried about Joxer and his overly stupidness *cough* I mean, oh, whats the word..bravery? I'll go with that. Bravery..
(I think I'm more or less rping as a season 2 Gabrielle..I may have to change this post if it really bothers people. lol)

Xena couldn't help but roll her eyes with a shake of her head as Joxer fell into Gabrielle. Some things just never change, even when he has Meg she thought, wanting to laugh but holding it back. "So Joxer, what kind of Mission are you on that brings you to Amphipolis?" she asked casually, trying to sober him up...but failing miserably.

Gabrielle glared at Meg. "Hey! I'm not trying to steal him. He bumped into me." She muttered, loud enough that even someone 20 feet away could hear her. It was still weird to see Meg and not think of Xena. However, by now, Gabrielle could tell right away who was who, right away, depending on their personality. However, a drunk Meg somewhat reminded her of a drunk Xena...
