-Are the Jounin and ANBU tests independent of each other?
-Are there ever to be a conflict between this Village and other Villages? If so, who will be the opposing village?
-Are specific ways to train yourself? Or is it simply a testament of how well you RP?
that is what one of the members would like to know

-Yes the ANBU and Jounin test are two completely different test, but information from your past test may be used in justifying the case of you ranking.
-Yes their are plans that my lean to conflict between other guilds. I am currently trying to get us allied with the The .:Gaioh Ninja Clan:. which is a clan I am involved with and from first hand know they are a mighty focus to be recoded with. [Because I'm in it. >.<]
-That question I can't honestly give an answer to that because it would all depend on that persons skills.

I say we find a way to raise guild members and productivity. Also I think that all captains should be put as crew or higher, such as medical captain, anbu captain and etc.

edit: hmm...I like the work I did with this one. Not truly a demon, but something that, if released, would uber him up pretty damn well.
