Sorimoji psycomachine Im planning on making a t-shirt one day of my t-bone and under it says 'youre just jealous cuz i get to play with my boner all day' 3nodding In bad taste.... sweatdrop Anyway, First, you have to know what the note sounds like; visualize a solid G in your mind. Next, take a deep breath. You may not be using enough air, and all notes, especially those at the extremes of your range, require lots of air to sound good. Blow fast, spinning air through the horn. Still not getting it? PUSH IT, PUSH IT! HARDER! (that's what she said...) If you're getting the sound out but it sounds gargly, refine it, and don't overblow. And, playing the role of Dr. Obvious, practice it. It really isn't as high as you think. psycomachine is right. Practice that articulation, though I would practice a "dig-a-da-dig-a-da-dig-a-da" as well. thanx!! domokun

We wanted to make our section shirt say "We have 7 positions, what about you?"
but that got a bbbbiiiiigggggg no
So I'm doing an evolution line: Clarinet, Sax, Trumpet, And Trombone as the most evolved =D
To answer double tounging, its basically playing dig-a-da-dig-a-da-dig-a-da over and over agian, I do it alot >.>
Double High G, continue to hit High B flat, once you can do that move to hitting the next note, then go for the double high G, the thing is that its not gonna be easy, and once you start hitting that, keep practicing it or you'll lose it, and its just as hard to get it back as it was getting it The Hollow Wolf has arrived...

Thats My range that I had to learn for Jazz Band and Marching Band...
We have lvls, High B flat is my limit...and thats level (lvl) 5, only have 6 lvls, but its a pain....-.-The Hollow Wolf has arrived...

Yeah, I'm a freshman right now, but I called T-shirt design for senior year. Our shirts are gonna be so awesome. Black polos with a skull and cross "bones" on the back and Low brass 2011 on on the front. And the best part, is the collar, because when it's popped, It'll say SET ONE!! yaaay
And you people with these pyscho ranges. Srzly my highest is the C above middle C and it usually doesn't sound like a note, even if I manage to play it.

What's double-tonguing? -brick'd- It's when you toungue super duper fast and it sounds like diggadiggadigga It's actually when you tongue on the top and bottom of your mouth. sometimes it's used for 32nd notes. (This is coming from a flute player. xD)
