Breakfast: Apple - 90 calories
Lunch: 9 piece chicken fries (with bbq sauce) - 480 calories macaroni and cheese - 180 calories
Snack: 4oz of 100% fruit juice - 120 calories
Dinner: Chicken sandwich
Water: IIII
Excersize: 10 minutes of power walking
Weight:
Comments: Wow! I finally hit 2nd page, who knows I might be serious after all. blaugh
Okay so today was alright, not the best and not the worst. I really pigged out at lunch but all in all without the mystery calories in the chicken sandwich I got about 870 calories (I can only hope the chicken sandwich wasn't 600 calories). So far my water goal is so far so good. heart

Pigging out sometimes, as long as it is not after 8-9pm, I do believe is not so bad, don't agonize over it.

Comments: Because of erm, an error on my part I ended up sleeping until ... 6 p.m. I ate at 8 (hah 8@8 ) and I'm heading back to bed at midnight. I'm trying really hard to keep this from happening. sweatdrop Tuesday is the day that I'm supposed weigh (I'm rhyming all over the place!) but I didn't remember to until after I'd had both bottles of water and my lil slice of pizza so I'll do it Wednesday morning.
Okay I ended up staying up >_>

You arent going to "retain" more fat from the food because you at it late at night, its just that most people dont plan to eat much in the evenings and dont control it much when they do, so you end up having a fair few more calories than you actually need. It may affect your sleep though whee personally, i cant sleep when im hungry or really stuffed >.<

But, the reason people say that you shouldn't eat right before bed is so that you can be awake and burn more calories then if you were asleep... does that make any sense? maybe not.
