The Uchiha's eyes snapped open at Yuki's mentioning of an attack on the Orochi. Since he had pretty much been either flying solo or hanging out with Tomoko sine the recent return from the Haha Island mission, he hadn't heard any such news. He just remained in place, stunned by the thought of returning to the place in which he had grown up living in fear. Finally, he would be enabled to exact some revenge on what they had caused his emotional state and he would do so with a new founded strength. As the medical shinobi turned her back and wished her farewell, Sukotto's hands clamped together into a seal and his chakra surged, enabling him to force out a long stream of flame with little trouble. He would quickly finish the training that he had set out on completing and then meet up with whichever squad that he had been assigned to. The thought of the potential battle that would ensue in the mission reentered the genin's mind. For some reason, he imagined Seshiro and the Orochi of the village that they would infiltrate as two entirely different entities. He used to hate his rival nearly as much as those who had troubled his childhood but Shimagakure had given him reason to change his heart on that subject. Instead of competing against the other genin, he would be fighting with them and would need to rely on their help to survive.

Chakra Training - Fire Element Burn
Just like you would push your physical limits to gain endurance, you need to use a lot of chakra to expand your chakra reserves. Form your favorite hand seal and release as much chakra as you can into the air or channel it into an object. Sukotto has modified the training a little to include some of his fire element in it. The training level is the same, it just looks a little more flashy.

With near-maximum levels of excitement and adrenaline pumping through the deepest corners of his body, Sukotto found it easy to feed off of his emotions and translate it into something of use. The flame from his mouth shortened just slightly, but he managed to keep it burning faithfully and hot. It was at this time that he began to wonder who would be on his squad for training. The thought of the Orochi being with him made his nerves tense quite a bit, but he knew that having him as a partner would by far push him harder than would teaming up with any of the other shinobi within the village. Sukotto then considered Aya. She was so strong for her age and definitely at a higher level than the Uchiha. He still questioned who would win in a sparring contest, but knew that she crushed him when it came to comparison of chakra amounts and quantity of jutsu to use. Then he considered Maya and Baki. They were a two in one package and would surely compliment any squad that they happened to be part of. Their teamwork was unmatched and the Uchiha knew that Maya's skill with taijutsu was quite adept from catching a glance of her physical build with his Sharingan and taking her clan into consideration. There were many others, but it would be from among these three that Sukotto wished his squad would consist of.

After he ran out of oxygen within his lungs to feed the flame that was created with his chakra, Sukotto was forced to take a break. His mouth and lungs felt slightly singed with the near-constant strain that he had been putting on them, especially considering the surge of success that the discovery of his next mission caused. He shut his eyes and began an attempt to remember the areas of the Orochi village that he had explored. It had been such a long time since he had been there and it felt as if it had been a lifetime before his most present standing. Sukotto did his best to block out the images of his foster mother, only hoping that she was still alive and that this mission wouldn't bring any harm to her. It was strange how vividly he remembered the place since it did seem so faded. The Uchiha had scurried along many of the paths within and surrounding the village, unable to stop and fully observe any, but enabled to at least skim a majority of them. He wasn't sure where the mission would lead and it was possible that it would be into areas that he hadn't visited, but he felt that having once lived in the place that would be the next mission's setting would give him and his squad something to decrease the advantage that the Orochi shinobi would have by having prepared their own defenses for much longer than Shimagakure had prepared their offensive strike.

After deciding that he really needed to be getting used to working with a group of people, Sukotto tried his very hardest to channel his energy into something physical and he succeeded splendidly. Another, slightly shorter flame was emitted from his mouth giving proof that he had improved his use with chakra. The Uchiha laid his head back in the sand for a few moments, running the mission through his mind a little more. He knew that he needed to hurry to the Kage's office as soon as possible, but if he exerted his body too much before the mission, he would be a hindrance to the members of his squad. Sukotto wondered what this adventure would bring into his life. Many possibilities existed and they certainly weren't limited to anything that assured that he would live through it. The Orochi that he could potentially fight would be in nearly the same position as him: doing their best to protect their village and own lives while being locked in battle with someone in which they had never laid eyes upon, let alone met. For all that the two or more of them knew, they could be the best of friends in another life, but the circumstances of this one would bring them together in a different kind of relationship. Even though these thoughts ran through Sukotto's mind, he still hated the Orochi as a whole and wouldn't show them any mercy.

Once he had caught his breath and some of the pain from his chest had faded, Sukotto rose from the ground to his feet and began making his way off of the beach and towards the heart of Shimagakure. While walking, he formed the ram seal and began to accumulate some of his chakra that was spent while training. His anticipation of joining a squad grew and then halted for a moment as he realized that he had forgotten to wonder about something that could have been even more important than the genin members of his squad: The squad leader. It was likely that a powerful jounin was going to be the one to lead them on such a dangerous mission and the Uchiha tried to imagine who he would want to take the job. In first place was Ichi, of course. Sukotto had never been on a real mission with his foster uncle and was quite interested to see the true extent of the Kage's power. Additionally, he would feel completely safe with Ichi on his squad and would put his complete trust in him against any opponent, even if it was whatever creature that led the Orochi itself. The final item that was working in the best interest of Sukotto was the possibility that the Kage would teach him a new technique before they set out on the mission. There really wasn't much time for learning a complex move, but opening any sort of option would help Sukotto in a battle, even if it was only by a little bit.

Serena came to the shoreline as quickly as possible, for it was the one place she really knew how to get there from any direction. Slowing down to a walk, she elooked around, in any sign of Tomoko's house. To the right was the docks, and a small little blob sitting right before it. The Raiken brightened up again, as she remembered that Tomoko's shack was in front of the docks! Quickly, she was on her way there, wondering if Tomoko had gotten there faster than she had. Maybe that scary guy was still there, or Hanabira. Hopefully, she wouldn't be the only one there waiting for Tomoko.

On his way down to the shoreline, Naru passed by one of the students that Tomoko had been 'teaching'. Looked like she had made it back from her so-called mission alright, but Naru didn't pay too much attention to her as he walked past. His dark eyes didn't even wander over in her direction as he walked straight past her. It was strange that neither Tomoko or that other boy were with her, but Naru just shrugged the thought aside. Wasn't it here, at the docks, that they were to meet for their deployment to the mainland? Truthfully, Naru didn't want to go at all. Even though he was a Meho, the spirit of war just wasn't as strong with him as it was with Dhan. Naru was more of a murderer than a warrior. Missions that meant assassination or quiet killing of families in the night were his type of thing. Sitting down on a nearby rock that was somewhat shadded from the setting sun, Naru crossed one leg over the other as he looked out to sea. Why was it that Dhan had agreed to go on this war again? The image of this island's leader flashed in his mind. That Kage, Uchiha Ichi, was a persuasive fellow... Naru sensed that he was stronger than any shinobi he had ever come across... Not even the elder warlord of the Meho's had ever been as strong as this man. Then again, perhaps Naru was giving him too much credit?

Leaning back and unfolding his legs, Naru tilted his chin up into the air in order to let his beautiful strands of hair fall away from his face. His thoughts suddenly turned towards that little freckled face girl, Hanabira. She wasn't the most beautiful specimen on this island, but for some reason her unique characteristics stuck out in Naru's mind. Not even the thoughts of the doll-like Aya or the beautiful Kane could interrupt his mind's choosing of Hanabira. It wasn't a passionate love or a jealousy that Naru felt towards this girl, but almost the need to protect her. Naru had never come to feel like that towards anything, save his own skin. It deeply disturbed him, but he had come to face that fact... How could such a bond been created with only spending an afternoon with the little brat?

Kore trotted onto the sand instantly slowing to a crawl. His weight in the sand slowed him down, but he wasn't here to play around. he had followed Baki's scent to this beach. Looking around absorbing in little time the plain look of the shore he knew Baki was no where around these parts. Noticing two humans further up he avoided them as one girl ran and the other man seemed to stand. Breathing in deeply again Kore picked up a stronger smell of slat then before almost burning his eyes. Placing his paws on his nose to rub out the feeling he looked around again and found that the slat from the grounds was coming from here. He did not know that slat was what it was but he didn't like it. It was blocking his senses.

Kore was rubbing his nose with the back of his paw from the strong smell on the shoreline. His eyes were close but as the ripping winds changed directions he picked up Baki's scent coming from the direction of the Kage's office. Not knowing exactly where the scent was coming from he headed towards the village again hoping he would find something that might lead him towards the true location of Baki. The scent was coming from every which way. The lion was on the move constantly it seemed and if he was on the move then so was Kore in hot pursuit. Turning from the shore the little lion bolted up the the sands towards the village again.

Serena smiled and shook her head as she stepped on forward to the sandy shore. He was trying to change the subject somehow, but didn't know what to say. So instead, Serena thought of something. "So, uh..how exactly did you get into the second-year class already?" It was something that had been on her mind since that morning, since somehow, Kiba just happened to skip grades in a day. As she marched through the sand, Tomoko's voice sprung up--somewhere, somhow..'Is she going to follow us all the way up to the Farm and back?' She didn't even have to turn her head around to find her. Instead, crazy lady came to her singing a song about the King of Slaves..if there even was one. As Tomoko fell and jumped right back up, Serena just had to ask. "But Tomo-san~I thought you were King of slaves..or Queen.." The Raiken had gotten so used to her hyperness that it would be no surprise for the chuunin to call herself 'King'. After all, she was 'Tomoko the Destroyer' when Serena first met her.

Kiba was quite surprised by Serena's question. Actually he had not really given it much thought himself. All he knew was that he had walked into the room one day a first year and had walked to class a second year. It felt like ages ago that he had been promoted to a second year, but maybe that was just because he had fallen asleep... "Uh, I'm not really sure why I'm a second year now. Your guess is as good as mind. I guess it's just because I'm such a prodigy!" He said the last sentence with a joking grin on his face. Having answered his fellow Raiken's question he cast a glance over his shoulder and saw Tomoko following them. he then heard Serena ask if Tomoko was the king or "queen" of slaves. Kiba was quite ammused by the question and wondered if he could be prince!

Z almost screamed as he woke up. His dream had not been remotely pleasant. Wait, why had he been asleep? Where was he anyway. He sat up and was rather surprised and stunned when he banged his head against a tree. He quickly rolled to the side and almost choked when he found sand in his mouth. "Ugh!" He said as he tried to spit the vile grains out. As he recovered from his headache he found that he was sitting in the dark. This was not pleasing. He quickly stood up and wiped himself off as he waited for his eyes to adjust. The first thing he saw was the moon reflecting off the sea. He was at the shoreline. Odd. He soon heard voices. It was to dark to see who it was at this distance but he could hear them fairly clearly.

Naru was enjoying his relaxing time alone, thinking over things since he had come to Shimagakure, when he heard the voices of Tomoko's students and of the woman herself. He instantly was angered that she would show up now and not earlier when Dhan had Hanabira in his clutches, but he kept his blood cool and merely turned around on his rock to walk over to them. "Tomoko is Queen of Haha Island and the Jio's, so to speak," Naru said, as he came up on the two students who were carrying... a sack? "And I thought the Jio's didn't believe in slaves, Tomoko," Naru said with his nose upturned and in a rather snobby tone. As he turned his head up and shot his tone at Tomoko, he felt the presence of someone watching them. His instincts as a Shinobi made his eyes turn towards a direction that was rather far off in the distance where a single boy was standing and looking over to them. Naru narrowed his dark eyes at the boy almost asking why he was looking over at them and listening to their conversation.

Serena laughed, but her cheery personality froze gray when that guy from earlier confronted them. He didn't seem very nice and she was a little bit nervous that he might do something mean again. 'Eh? Tomoko-san is the Queen of Haha Island?..wait, what is Haha Island anyways?.." Instead of saying everything she wanted to say, all the Raiken could do was think about them, not wanting to say much in front of that guy. Apparently, she didn't know much about her geography, either. The only words that really came out of her mouth were "Haha Island...?" and "Jio..?" Those were the two things she had basically never heard of, and she was wondering if she was supposed to know. From the looks of it, Tomoko's family name was 'Jio', but what was Haha Island and why was she the Queen of it? And then the question the guy mentioned in Jio's not believing in slaves. What was that about? Confusedly, she looked at Kiba, then looked back at the man. The sack was also getting a little heavy, too. Maybe they should hurry up, get to Mai's Farm, and come back?

"Hai Hai! Tomo is King of slaves, but Akuku is Tomo's King, which means he's super King and Slave-kun's King!" Tomoko said, explaining the situation very matter-of-factly as she twirled around the two students. "Hai Hai! Slave-kun is prodigy," Tomoko said, with nod, agreeing with the boy. Tomoko skipped up to Naru as he made his way over and started talking to them. "Tomoko loves Haha Island!" the woman said, grabbing Naru's hand and making him dance with her. "Tomoko believes in slaves~!" she said with a cute smile as she twirled herself under Naru's arm. "Tomoko is part Meho too, Naruru~" the woman chanted as she let go of his hand and ran to stand behind Serena. "This is Tomoko's number one slave! Senpai-chan! Senpai-chan is a little weak though," Tomoko said putting her hand under Serena's side of the sack and lifting it up a bit.
