I'm that way NaySayer, more then I'd like to be. As far as being shy at first for awhile goes. -_-
Sometimes it's massively annoying. :p Yeah. I'm like that too. I give one word answers to people for a while. Not because I'm trying to be unfriendly, but because I'm a little uncomfortable talking to them. And I'll never talk to them unless they talk to me first. But, this is probably partly because, when I was younger, I was paranoid, thinking that everyone hated me. So, that's really just an effect from that. But, for anyone who happens to meet me in real life, you'll be able to tell I'm comfortable with you when I'll actually hit you. 3nodding Not necessarily hard. Well, sometimes it is. I'm stronger than I think I am. ninja

I think that someone who was gentle and sweet but also very assertive when it came to sex/sex stuff would really make me happy.

Yeah, I basically play-fight with all of my friends. Only, often times it turns more towards the fight end than the play end. This seems to turn a lot of people off from me at a certain point. It's like, they think I'll be all quiet, shy, and submissive, and then when they find out I won't be, they don't like me. Which is just as well, because I really couldn't like someone like that in the long term. One of my friends and I also had this game we played where one of us tried to get something from the other, while the other tried to hold it so that it was impossible to get it from his fist. It got a bit aggressive at times, and he was always really sorry when he so much as somewhat hurt me, even though I didn't care at all. But that is not relevant.
But, that part of my personality is probably why a lot of people seem to think I like a ton of people at once. It is probably also why many people think I've had quite a few boyfriends (or, indeed, girlfriends) when I have, in fact had none. When I first start to like someone, I sort of sulk through the day until I know I'll see them. Then I go along all skippidee hapy for the rest of the day. And then everyone who sees me but doesn't really know me thinks I have a boy/girlfriend. I'm sort of rambling. I will stop now.

Personally I like a girl who's well rounded. One who can go to a family gathering and be the sweetest thing on the planet and when we get away from it all still has the energy to hang with me and just chill for the rest of the day. I prefer one that's good with my circle of friends and can pick up a controller without holding it upside down and complain about her nails. Assertive and agressive sometimes but laid back other times. One that'll race me to the bed and afterwards meet me in the shower. One that can keep up in a conversation of epic proportions and later on make me feel how much she loves the feeling of a rough and tumble lovemaking session. A biter, a screamer, a moaner, a dreamer, and everything in between. ...You feel me? Yeah my perfect girl's hot, I know. 3nodding xd

I like my women feminine & my men masculine.
I like girls who need me to defend them & boys who can & will defend me.
I like both ends of the scale, it's weird...
Otherwise, just caring, sweet, thoughtful, standard stuff...
& I know that this is going to sound weird, but I like my partner to be jealous... not a lot, but just enough so I know they care... most of my exes have been... ummm... apathetic about their relationships with me... I mean, it's one thing to be trusting, it's completely another to have a guy hit on your girlfriend right in front of you while you do nothing...
I'm very lucky, my boyfriend has exactly the right mix of all these biggrin heart

FOr me, I light light-hearted but intelligent girls - the gamer girls style is especially a favorite of mine, since they tend to be both light-hearted and intelligent, and their hobbies (besides gaming) tend to be ones I can appreciate.

Intelligence is definitely a given, right? I'm not the best conversationalist, but things would get downright awkward if when there was conversation, it was marred by stupidity and a lack of sense. 'Cause i'm pretty solemn and - to some, boring - i'd probably like a girl who knows the difference in when to have fun and when things should be a little more serious.
Yeah, I'm not able to stand hyperactive, bubbly girls for too long.
Otherwise... i'm clueless?

I'd rather be with a brick wall than someone I thought was stupid. Of course, what I consider to be stupid is different from what most people consider stupid. Like, there's lots of people who most people consider stupid, but who I don't, and vice versa. Well, Genius is in the eye of the beholder, I guess.
