Donny's gaze fell to his wrist and he lifted it. The orbit of stars shone dimly, slowly circling. There within their golden embrace was the blue one twinkling playfully.

"Mm, of course I do!" He murmured with a bit of surprise in his voice. "I won't be taking it off anytime soon." He smirked, and tapped it with a finger from his other hand. "That would hurt." In fact it did hurt when he had removed the star that had once rested there, and Khali's star had become just as much a part of him as the other stars were, now.

He tapped her nose with the same finger, and tilted his head as he smiled.

He was glad he had come to the planetarium after all. Connecting with one of his own was just the start-up he needed to get out of the funk he was in.

"Guess I'm a part of you, then. Is that odd? Then again, sometimes I think we're all a part of each other in some way. Since we all came from the same place. The book. But then, if that were true, I would have kissed my brother." Khalindra paused, then, making a face, "So I don't think I want it to be true." One of her fingers reached out to touch the swirling stars, still as memorized by them as she had been as a younger Tale.

Khali seemed to realize she was rambling, though, and shut up, lifting her head back to the stars. There were many things that constantly floated through the girl's head, especially when looking at the stars. But the questions were quiet, for now, and so she'd enjoy it.

Donny shifted slightly at the idea of Khali being a part of him. That sounded weird. It was a sweet sentiment, he thought, but still. He let the thought go, but it slapped him in the face one more time when Khali spoke of kissing her brother.

Donny had no idea who she was talking about, and being that life pretty much revolved around him, he became very confused, and very uncomfortable.

He gave her a nervous side glance as she looked back up to the stars. He didn't remember kissing Khali; at least, not in reality. That was a dream.. wasn't it? Shitshitshit. "Uh.. you.. we.. the.. what?" He sunk back in his chair and cringed, trying to rack his brain to remember something he should have. If he admitted he had no idea what she was talking about, would she be insulted? Of course she would, who wouldn't be? But he was sure that his memories had only been dreams. There were like.. flying bananas and the sun had a huge baby face that laughed randomly. That just doesn't happen, damnit.

...right?

Blink. Blink. Blink.

"Why do you suddenly seem so nervous?" Now the younger Tale was just confused. "I wasn't talking about you, you know. As far as I know, we've never kissed." Well, that should alleviate the fears the other one seemed to have. "I'm talking about Armel."

Khali turned her head to look at the older boy, brow raising. She wasn't stupid, and the nervousness after the talk of a dream he refused to name? She smirked a bit, "This wouldn't have anything to do with the dream you were asking about earlier, does it?"

Good job, Donny. Aces. Leave clues for the little knowledge sponge to latch onto.

Not him? Of course it wasn't him. If he had been in his right mind, that assumption would never have risen. He took a deep breath, and relaxed; for all of a second. Instantly he turned to thoughts of Armel. Armel had kissed Khali? That dog. Adonis closed his eyes pursed his lips to keep from snickering at the thought. It was this expression that rested on his face as Khali began to unravel his secrets, and the expression froze, before falling like a stone. His eyes opened to look up at the stars, his expression mute despite the panic attack he was having inside.

What should he say? If he admitted it, things would get awkward; even moreso now that he knew Armel had kissed her. That made things all the weirder. If he denied it, he had to be really slick about it. She picked up on things too quick; he had to use every wile he had to bluff this little lady.

It was a good thing he considered himself a good bluffer.

It was a shame that he really wasn't.

"That's-" He let out in a huff of a laugh, while scrunging up his face in disbelief. "-Neither here nor there. So uh- so Armel kissed you eh?" And the right turned veering her away from him and back on to the topic of Armel was made.

"You did! You dreamed of kissing me!" Khalindra was trying very hard not to laugh. Veering off subjects was nearly always an admission of guilt. She'd learned that when she'd ask her father for something and he'd try to distract her or change the subject. Wanting to say 'no' or fearing saying 'yes' tended to make people get away from subjects.

Why Adonis would ever dream of such things were beyond the smaller girl, but she was amused nonetheless. "You wouldn't have tried to change the subject or dance around the issue if the answer wasn't yes. Keep that in mind next time, Adonis. You just outright say no. Not too quickly, though. Then your denial is too fierce."

Here she was, giving her friends tips on bluffing and lying. Not that she liked to do it, of course, but when she absolutely had to it did come in handy to know what people looked for in making their decision on your truthfulness or not.

"But don't worry. It doesn't bother me, and I won't tell." She grinned. No, she wouldn't even blackmail him. "And yes, he did."

Adonis slid down further into his seat, shoulders hunching to try and hide in the darkness as his face turned red as a beet.

"Nonsense. Just nonsense." He mumbled to her tips and her claim. He wouldn't admit it, no matter how obvious it was. In fact, he was so determined not to admit anything that the best option was to simply not be there to have it needled out of him.

Trip over!

He patted Khali's hair and gave her a cheesy, quick grin, before hopping out of his seat.

"I have to get home now, don't want the ol' family getting worried about me. Nice seeing you, we should do it again some time soon okay bye!" He had been inched towards the door even as he chattered on, his smile plastered on his face. He had finished the farewell just as he reached the door, and his hand fumbled for the knob from behind. When it found it's target, he opened the door and waved, before turning towards the open door.

Instead of walking through it, however, he was blinded by the brightness that his eyes were not used to anymore, and, stunned for a moment, slammed headfirst into a burly, heavy set man. He disappeared somewhere behind the seats near the door.
