Thicket I've loved Bernadette ever since I first heard her in "Anastasia". She is so ridiculously talented! Gawd, how I envy her... stressed And she wasn't in "Men in Tights". Amy Yasbeck played Maid Marian. Their hair is really the only thing they have much in common... eek Really? Are you sure that wasn't her?

I'm doing Into the Woods for my senior musical in two years - I would absolutely love to be the Witch. I saw Bernadette's version of it, and it was thrilling ^_^

I was on a Bernadette Peters kick for a good long time a few years back, which eventually lead to my Sondheim kick. 3nodding I actually got to see her when she was in Annie Get Your Gun (my grandparents took me for my birthday), but I didn't get to meet her or anything. Out of everything she's done, I think my favorite of her performances is The Goodbye Girl (the musical version with Martin Short).

Bernadette Peters is very good. And she really is well known. What has she been in? Hmm let's see. Song and Dance, Sunday in the Park With George, Into the Woods, the recent revival of Gypsy, and a lot of others. I saw her in the original production of Into the Woods and I have the video of Sunday in the Park. She is excellent.

Robert Westenberg, the actor who originated the role of Cinderella's Prince in Into the Woods on broadway, is the new theatre coordinator at my university. He performed many a night on stage right along side Berni and knows her very well to this day. He's a great guy (I'm a theatre major) and it thrills me not only to learn from such a successful broadway actor, but also one who knows the one and only Bernadette! whee
