I'd say Heihachi because if he did not throw his son down a cliff NONE OF THOSE BAD THINGS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!!!! and Jin would be on good terms with his dad and grand dad....Heihachi has cool moves though....Oh and ganryu too for bugging Julia...can't he just let the girl be??!!!....
